Horrible service. They quote price on the phone and when it's time to pay they up charge $100. Scam! Take forever to come mobile. Don't abide my warranty. Key stopped working after 2 weeks when I tried to get it fixed under warranty nobody answer the phone, no response. Rude customer service! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My boyfriend lost his key to his 2010 BMW. We were able to get in touch with Mike at this company and he showed up on time as promised. Received quote for door/ignition keys for $150. Technician arrived and advised he could only do ignition for $150. Then refused to complete job when I informed him of price quoted. Horrible technician and customer service. I made several attempts to call back dispatcher, No response. Go elsewhere. This place does not act with honesty or professionalism

Would not recommend if you have a VW. Took my wife's 2010 VW to have an extra key/key fob programmed. Not only could they not actually cut the key that comes with it (they melted it), but they managed to make the other key fob not work, cause an electronic emergency brake code pop up, and not accept responsibility for any of it. I did get a refund, but I'm out 4+ hours of my time. Just take your VW to the dealership, or to someone else, just not these guys.

On 31 Jan, I dropped off a double key dead bolt lock and a keyed door handle to get them both re-pinned as the key was getting a bit contrary about unlocking these 2 locks. My whole house is keyed to the same key (all other 6 locks worked fine on this same key), thus I wanted to keep these locks on the same key. I told them I was going to be out of town for a week or so and that I would be back upon my return. I was told that the charge would be $10 per cylinder or $30 total and I said OK.

I would totally recommend this company. The were very friendly and they got to me quick, it took them about 30 to get to my location. Once they got here they had my Charger open in less than 10 minutes. & the price is very reasonable, called different companies and they all wanted to charge me $75-$85 to come and open my car but A&M Mobile Locksmith charged waaaaaay less than that. Lost the keys to my 2010 Ford truck. Called another locksmith and they could not get my truck to run. Had a disagreement about whether one should pay for services when the end result was not achieved. I do not think one should pay if the job is not done correctly and completely so I and only paid service call fee.
Called A & M locksmiths the next day and they came out to work on truck. Locksmith named Carlos did a good job cutting two new keys and programming a remote to work with the truck. There is a extra step the prior locksmith failed to take. A transponder ring that needed to be unlocked

My boyfriend lost his keys on Thursday morning, after a weekend of failed attempts and unreliable/rude locksmith "professionals" on a whim we decided to call this place Tuesday afternoon as we drove by their storefront building. I needed a spare office key, so I stopped by the shop enroute to the office. I was greeted immediately and it seriously only took 10 seconds for the key to be cut. Paid my $2.50 and was on my way....Of course that 10 second key would be no good. It wouldn't turn either of the two door locks. Matching the duplicate with the original, the duplicate cut is not sharp/ precise as the original. I've read through reviews on google and Yelp, and was hesitant to choose this company. Yet, I did due to the location.
First thing is first, a week or so ago the guy did come out to help with our car and got the job done quickly. So yes, they get that part right.
I called and a woman answered. Their customer service is no Triple A. She asked what I needed, where I was at and said someone would call me. I asked for price and ETA, and she gave that info. Not once did they ask my name. Half an hour ETA. With babies with us, that was okay.

I should have done better research before contacting this company. If I would have seen their online responses (e.g. Google reviews) and how they respond to dissatisfied customers, that would have done it for me. Their rude and obnoxious responses demonstrate that they, in no way, are interested in getting to the bottom of the customer's issues (and improving their business) but would rather be defensive and insult the dissatisfied customer(s).

I called A & M to picked and changed all the locks for my rental house in Spring.
I called the A&M's owner on Tuesday. The owner agreed to meet me at the house at 9:50am on the next day. I even texted the owner for the house's address. The owner gave a text confirmation that someone would meet me at 9:50am on the next day.
I arrived at the house on time at 9:45am. Due to my tenant was months behind rent and I got the writ of possession order to open the door. The deputy was also waiting for the locksmith to show out. We were both waiting outside the house. At 10am

I had A&M mobile locksmith come to my home to program a new replacement key for my 2010 Nissan Maxima on 5/12/16. When the technician FILLANY arrived at my home at 7:45pm, he program three different keys and his programming codes were not working. He then tried a dummy key and it finally worked. Milton came out and helped us open our Lexus. When we couldn't find the keys we called Lexus and they wanted to charge us $700.00. A&M Locksmith did the reprogramming and got us a new key for $250.00. Milton was professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job! If I ever need another Locksmith A&M have my business indefinitely.
