Horrible customer service! Let me start by saying that if you want to customize their basic plans then be prepared to tell their office guy over and over what you want in your home and still never get it right. We sent multiple emails, photos, phone calls, and trips to the office and came up frustrated. We were assured that even though the drawing of the home on the plans looked like it was wrong, that they indeed knew what we wanted and would build our home as we wanted. When we got the engineered plans, they were not what we asked for. Our emails for answers were ignored. They refused to stand

We used Affordable Stick Built Homes to build our home and we had a great experience!!
We were able to customize one of their floor plans to make it more suitable for our family, which was a great! They even allowed my husband to do some things on his own (dirt work, concrete, etc)!
They were great people to work with and we still stay in touch today. Great family business!

I’ve been doing the excavating and grading work for affordable stick built homes for many years. Brian and his son Tyler are some of the friendliest people around. We love getting out of the city to work on their custom homes. If you’re looking to build check them out. They are a great team to work with.

We chose Affordable Stickbuilt Homes after looking at almost every other builder in town. We met with Stacy and she immediately made us feel like we made the right choice. Our house was built in a timely manner with few issues. If I had to build again tomorrow I wouldn’t hesitate to chose them again!

My husband and I have had two custom homes built by The Thomas Family. They are so personable and easy to work with and have always done high quality work. Building a home is a complicated task but every question we had about the process was explained so we understood what was happening. We are so happy with the beauty and quality of both homes we had built by The Thomas Family. I would highly recommend Affordable Stick Built Homes.

Worked with this company to build a super shell, which means they build it to texture, and we finish interior. I'll keep this short - we were lied to by this builder, treated poorly by subcontractors, and they won't finish the home. We paid in full, now they will not fulfill contract by meeting building code requirements. Roof leaked 4 months after they were "done", and they won't even honor their own warranty. Things were good until we paid - now it's like ... being betrayed. We lived in a 5th wheel on site the entire build, and things were great - until they weren't. The frustrating part is,

We have lived in our Affordable Stick Built Home just over a year and love it. We were able to take their stock house plans and make changes that really made it our own. The quality or workmanship is wonderful. We were living in a travel trailer while the house was being built so the fact that is was done within days of the estimate was a huge plus. I will recommend them everytime I am asked.
