I got the floor of my dreams!! Nash, John and Noah made it possible. From the moment you walk into their doors you are made to feel like family. Nash is so helpful and knowledgeable with all the samples. He also is just a joy to work with. Noah, the person who installed my floors has been very professional, transparent and just a hard worker! He installed a herringbone design (not easy to do) and installed it perfectly! I'm so glad I chose them to work with! I'm a very happy customer.

John was cordial in making the sale. My installers over measured the amount needed for installation. John refused to help return left over flooring and glue that I paid over $2600.00 for. He was no help. Ended up not returning phone calls and emails from me.

I went to this place to have some flooring done in my house. I picked out a tile. Scheduled for John to come to my house to measure the room. He came as promised and said he would email me the estimate by the end of the day. I never received any estimates from him. I called the store twice to inquire about the estimate. No response. I think it's OK if they don't want to take the job, but I believe they should have the courtesy to let me know. This is not an acceptable way to treat anyone, let alone a customer.

From my first contact with Precision Flooring, they have been professional, patient and helpful. They allowed me to take as many samples as needed home to compare and even exchange for new ones. The measuring process was simple and thorough and once I made my decision they were able to schedule me in a decent amount of time. Installation of new flooring throughout plus new baseboards was estimated to take 4 to 5 days and took a day and a half. They cleaned up when they left and even cleaned the floors after installation was complete. They even replaced a toilet supply line that started leaking

Jared, Noah, Kyle, and Austin were our installers and we loved them! They were on time, were super friendly, worked fast, and did an amazing job on our molding and floors. We got luxury vinyl laminate flooring named Tahoe installed everywhere in our house except the kitchen and bathrooms and it's gorgeous. We had 5" bright white molding installed to the entire house too and it really made the floors and paint pop! We loved Nash , he works at the store off Jefferson and let us take a bunch of samples home to make our decision, and precision flooring has the widest variety of flooring

Definitely 5 star service. John was very professional throughout the whole process. We had new tile installed in our downstairs and new carpet installed upstairs. All of the installation crews were efficient and respectful. They worked quickly and always cleaned up really well after themselves. We chose a tile from another store that ended up being a bad batch so we had to re-demo and install a new product and I can't say more about the way John handled everything. He made what could have been a very problematic situation for us as pain free as possible and was very thoughtful and empathetic

What a breath of fresh air. Too many vendors out there made me a skeptic and I was prepared to have a bad experience. But that DID NOT happen!! John and his team were fast, reliable, reasonable and pleasure to deal with. I had flooring and baseboards installed and the guys did a great job, and they were clean too!! Highly recommend.

We chose Precision Flooring for new flooring and baseboards throughout most of our house. Our experience was awesome from selecting samples with Nash to the installation. The installers were professional, extremely competent, & they worked very hard. I had one very minor concern regarding the baseboards, but John (owner) came out the next day & walked me through a solution that met my expectations. I highly recommend Precision Flooring.

We love our new vinyl floor. First, we went to a big box store, but we couldn't find anything that we truly liked. The box store also gave us the run around when it came to getting an estimate. We decided to check out an actual flooring store and we ended up at Precision Flooring. The first thing we noticed was that they had way more flooring choices and they all looked SO much better than anything offered at the big box store. And to our surprise it actually cost less than what we were looking at in the box store. We only had to wait a couple of weeks for the job to start, the box store told

We had our main floor replaced (tile and carpet) with vinyl planks! I love it and could not have been happier with the cost, demolition, installation and clean up. Such an amazing job and my home is 1 step closer to being my dream home!

This is the second time we've used Precision Flooring to do our whole house in the last 5 years and will use them next year for our Daughters house. I cannot say enough about the owner John. John will walk you thought every step every part of you new flooring experience. We hired Precision Flooring to replace nearly all the flooring surfaces in our 3450 square-foot home with vinyl planking. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. The workers were very friendly and effective. Jon, the owner, was extremely fair in setting the price and the work was completed as promised and on schedule.

Robert was responsible for installing the vinyl planking on our stairs, which is a tricky proposition. He did nothing short of an awesome job!

I highly recommend precision flooring.

Be careful what you they promise you. Not "precision" at all. Shows up late and leaves a mess after the projects somewhat done. Stay clear of these guys.

Got these guys contracted thru Costco and wow, what a great job they did. Got it done before the holidays too (11/28). They were quick, professional and friendly. Great guys and conversation as well.
A little late with this review as I had lost the the paperwork after remodeling my home but found it again. Would use them again for carpet installation at my new home in the future.

Very professional service! They were on time and came in exactly as quoted. He has a very diligent staff and they were attentive to details that even my wife and I weren't aware of. They spent the entire last day cleaning everything in sight, including the mess left form other contractors. I would recommend these guy to anyone looking for residential or commercial flooring!

John (owner) is fair an honest. He honored a great price on tile install he had quoted back in 2016 when he also did my laminate. Not only are his prices great, the work was awesome with professional installers that did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend Precision Flooring and would use them again.

John and his team were awesome! We were very happy with the selection and attention to our needs. We had our whole house completed with LVP and we also had them do our baseboards. We were really pleased with the care and detail that went into the process, and felt very comfortable with Precision, because they were transparent and honest. Thank you to Nash as well for his great customer service! He has amazing energy. Everyone was professional and we are so happy we choose them over other companies.
