Whatever you do DO NOT use this company. They are nothing but LIARS and thieves. No matter what they tell you in the beginning they will ALWAYS charge you WAY more they they say. They will NOT deliver within the 21 days as they say the are bound to, and they will try and rip you off for more and more costs that are flat out lies. Nothing but lying scumbags. Use a REAL company like Atlas, or Mayflower.

We just received our items from a very large cross-country move and I immediately had to get on and leave a review regarding how INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED we were with the services Best Quality Movers provided. Everything arrived in beautiful, near perfect condition, with no broken items. All of the gentlemen that assisted with the move were professional and efficient.
With this being our first major move, let alone our first cross country move, we could not have been more satisfied. I highly recommend their services for any local or distance moves.

Highly recommended. BQM had a crew of 4 move the contents of our 2BR/2BA home and garage in NELA from our location to a pod-type storage container ten minutes away (the pod wouldn't fit on our street our driveway). They were efficient, professional, prompt and courteous, taking considerable care with all our belongings. Frankly, I had my doubts that everything was going to fit in the 16-foot container at the destination, but these guys are Tetris pros, wedging bikes, guitar cases, a wheelbarrow, boxes and plastic tubs and a vacuum cleaner in a tidy, secure lattice-- with some room to spare

I'm so disappointed. Never in my life could I have imagined it would cost me $2000 and take 10 HOURS to move a one bedroom apartment. This is not including tip & note I was charged over $400 for packing supplies alone.
Two of the guys that moved me were so sweet and I hesitated to write this review because I don't want them to get in trouble but overall this company does not deserve your business.
It started when they were 45 minutes late for the 8-9am window they told me they would arrive in with no call, no explanation, no apology. I had to call to ask if anyone was coming and

They moved my stuff at the beginning of august. They had to reschedule due to a person being out on vacation but they showed up early on the very next day and went right to work. I had a very small move so it didn't take long to load up. The drive to my new place probably took longer. When we got there they unloaded just as quickly. Everything went pretty smoothly so I would definitely recommend them. Even the traffic wasn't a problem. Also, while both moving men were quick and diligent workers, one was very attractive and had nice legs so that was a nice bonus.

Out of protection for THEIR employees, I had to cancel our move the evening before, as we received the results of a positive COVID test in our household. We would have exposed their employees.
I text messaged them the night before the move. (No response.) I text them at 6:30am AND sent a message on Yelp to cancel. See threads below.
They are going to keep my $60 deposit during a PANDEMIC?! You'd rather we expose your employees. Whomever works for this company....RUN

We used the 2 hour move through groupon for $160. The movers were professional and quick. My place had narrow hallways and stairs which they navigated deftly.
When I thought we may go over the 2 hour mark, I asked them to prioritize the big heavy items and they did exactly as I asked. They were even nice enough to tidy up a bit after the two hours were done.
All in all, I would use their services again. We were satisfied with the service and professionalism. Thank you for making our move so easy!

Best Quality Movers moved my office from Marina Del Rey to Beverly Hills yesterday. The team was 3 guys & 1 truck. It was nice that all team members were dressed with branded uniform. They worked quickly & professional, there was no any delays. They finished ahead of expected time. I highly recommend them. I want to share with my moving experience. Best Quality Movers were chosen by me not accidentally. My sister was moved by this company a year ago. She recommended them as professional team with all tools and accessories that needed. I’m a single mom and I have no idea how to organize moving process. So I’ve called Nick, he explained me whole process and I decided to move. Moving was easy, crew members were friendly, helped me to pack all my belongings into the boxes. Moving is a difficult decision for every family. Our budget was not so big, but we had to move because our lease contract was determined. My first moving in 2017 was a nightmare for a long time… Lot’s of damaged items, broken table.. When I decided to move again in November 2019 I was strict with choice of the Moving Company. For that time my choice was Best Quality Movers. From the first minutes of my talking with manager I felt positive vibrations. The rate was for my budget, so I decided to book. The day before my move I’ve received a confirmation call from the company. The team came on time, I’ve showed full scope of work and we’ve started. It took 6 hours to move 3 bdr house. Amazing result, I guess. Thank you.

THIEVES. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!!! I hired them to move my stuff last weekend and THEY STOLE MY MOTORCYCLE HELMET AND JACKET. I called Mick and he asked the guys and of course they denied it. They stole $500 worth of my personal belongings and completely denied it. And when l got angry with him on the phone he got rude and gave me attitude. Also, they wasted TWO HOURS of my moving time because they got into an accident in my building and the accident included several of the residents' cars. It was a mess. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR THINGS STOLEN.

Just moved this weekend and this was our first time ever using professional movers. We requested a quote via yelp and BQM offered a reasonable rate and a set gas price which made it easy for us to anticipate approximately how much we would spend.
TL; DR: moving is stressful, especially if you've accumulated a nice little life's worth of things in your home. After seeing how quick and efficiently the movers handled our boxes and furniture, I realized paying for professional movers was literally worth every penny.

Very pleased with the job BQM did for me and my wife this morning. Had a 3br house + garage that needed to be loaded to a pair of 16' pods for an out of state move, and Serge and his crew showed up on time in professional attire with professional equipment and did a great job efficiently loading the pods. They were very respectful of our belongings and worked like a team on a mission.
Lots of movers in LA are suspect businesses, but these guys are the real deal. They're not the cheapest movers in town, but they're worth the premium. I hired cheap movers before and you end up paying
