I started the family business in Dallas, Tx in the fall of 2014 while being a single dad trying to make a living and raising my kids. I had been working with furniture for a few years and knew I had something special that I could offer clients in their time of stress. I wanted to provide a high end moving service to clients and become known for a true white glove moving service.
We are movers in OKC and we love it! If you are moving your home around the Oklahoma City area, we want to be your choice movers. We have no rookie movers and we focus on full white glove moving, basically, we are the best of the best. I promise to deliver the best. They were there on time, with all they needed to move our oversized furniture pieces.
The earlier the better! 2-4 weeks is what we usually prefer, but if you plan on moving during our peak times which is summer, end of the month or a weekend, please call us 4-6 weeks before your planned date. We usually can give you a pretty accurate quote over the phone based on the information and inventory you provide.

Damaged refrigerator and furniture. Lost screws to TV stand. We finally had to buy screws ourself. We have called them every day for a month and they have done nothing to compensate us for the damage they did. Our agreement was to use two trucks and they showed up with one and only two guys . I should have fired them immediately. Don't use NL if you want your stuff to arrive in good shape. We've moved alot and this by far the worst company we have ever used!

We got cancelled by Dewey Reliable Movers at 6:00 the night before and this team came through like a champ. They showed up on time, respectful, professional and on such short notice. When we have to move our college graduate again we will be using them!

The movers showed up late, started slowing down and joking around before everything was packed. Then, they left furniture behind at my old house and I had to withhold payment to get them to go back and get it.
They broke my $3,000 grill, put huge scratches in the hardwood floors, damaged the walls, broke a desk and two chests of drawers. Nick promised to fix the issues and get us an estimate on the damage but never did - I suspect they submitted a damage report to their insurance company and just pocketed the money.
I love to grill, and bought a nice, big grill like that so I could have family

Phenomenal! I couldn’t thank them enough. Even though you might say eek at the price, the friendliness, quickness, professionalism, helpfulness, and the kindness makes up for all of it! We moved at the end of September 2021. Wanted to use a local, family owned company. They didn't secure some of our belongings on the first truck and as a result multiple items tipped over and broke including our gas grill, dresser, and a sewing table. They also scraped up our 60 year old hardwood floors with their moving dolly told me it would buff out (it didn't) and now they won't return my husband's calls. It's been two months. It also took over 12 hours to move all of our belongings and one of their movers complained to me (the homeowner) every time he had to take something upstairs. I would

V and Jerimiah with NL Moving were great! Very professional and knowledgeable. They packed and moved us from our old house to our new home. V introduced themselves and did an assessment of the house before they started and made sure they understood what was being moved. They padded, covered and wrapped all our items before moving them. They unpacked and put everything back together at our new home. Great customer service! They definitely understood the assignment.

They absolutely went above and beyond. This is my second experience with them. After a personal home move I was so impressed I used them for business. They were economical and still showed more care and attention to our furniture and equipment than some twice their cost. And it’s never just a simple move for commercial needs. NL Moving was truly a fantastic experience. From the initial sales rep conversation to being able to list all the items I wanted to move on their online portal to the text message updates of arrival - they were great. They packaged everything really quickly, making sure to take care of all that nothing they packaged was damaged. Even Nick himself came out to help with some of the move!
There was some damage to some glasses, but that was my fault as I packed the box myself. Very very minor - I'm sure if you advise them a box is fragile, they'll take great care of it!

I have made four direct attempts to get Nick Lozano to respond to addressing an issue of a piece of granite broken during a move, to no avail. I have used his company three times, but was disappointed with the way the truck was packed on the last move, which resulted in the granite being broken. I have another move coming up in July, but I will not be using NL Moving.

We hired them to move items into POD 29 March. They dropped our LG SS $3000 fridge. Didn't even secure it to a dolly. Nick was very apologetic and promised to make it right with a new fridge. That was the last positive note on the situation.
To date we do not have a fridge. Nick said he would only address the freezer door for repair. The appliance service guy said the repairs that were needed were going to cost more than replacement.

I called NL Moving based on the recommendations of my son as well as my sister and brother in law who had used them previously and has=d been very pleased with them.
I found them to be very helpful and flexible in scheduling our move. They arrived on time and worked very hard in very hot weather to load our household furnishings. They disassembled our furniture and reassembled each piece in our new home. They were very careful to protect our furniture from damage.
We were very pleased with their service. We would use them again and we recommend them to others.
