I don't know if I've ever dealt with a more incompetent business. From the owner to the employees, no one seems to know how to do things correctly and in compliance with the contract we have with them. From mowing the lawn to plowing snow, they literally find a way to do the bare minimum and have no problem doing low quality work. Our lawn has died many times, they didn't trim bushes when needed, laid sod that was haphazardly patched together and parts died within 2 months of being put down, sprinklers were not placed or cared for properly, they show up whenever (when it snows and it effects our
