Trust me do not use this company they were sent through LONG DISTANCE VAN LINES
I cannot begin to tell you what we've been through and this was a corporate move -paid for a big corporation and they are NOT happy with what happened to us. $14,000.00 move.
No it wasn't supposed to be. They promised a moving team of six people, I am disabled. They showed up with a fast talking, slicker than owl s**t dude who had my head spinning within moments.o
My husband was in another state and when they pulled up in a risky dink truck with their name on marker taped to the side of their truck and MISSPELLED

Spread the word: NEVER EVER, FOR ANY REASON EVER use "Cross Country Movers" (http://crosscountrymoversinc.com).
- they have an F rating on yelp
- they show up late for moving and rush you through the contract process and sign a document SO heavily weighted towards protecting them and evading any and all liability
- they ruined the hardwood floor and put holes in our walls from their careless means of moving boxes/furniture and once again are not paying for any of it.
- they told us "0-4 days" for delivery of our stuff (in writing). It was 31 days. Yes. 31. And we only moved

I don't know how Cross Country Movers Inc. got these reviews -- I contracted with them for our move and when the movers showed up a day late and after they packed 3/4 our of property, they notified us that we had to sign a new contract and that the movers DID NOT work for Cross Country Movers Inc. but were instead with ALL USA VAN LINES (look up the yelp reviews for these guys). Cross Country Movers so far won't help resolve the issue -- we don't know where our property is and the folks at ALL USA VAN LINES barely speak English and the reviews posted for them show them to be unreliable
