I'm not sure you can get more honest and helpful than these guys. They have replaced our garage door and helped us out on several sticky situations. Although yes they can be a little hard to get a hold of it's worth it when you do. I saw a couple reviews mentioned this and I think it's just the fact that this is a hardworking small business.

Our garage door broke on our way out to vacation. Called on Monday after we returned. The person I spoke to on the phone said they could be there in 15-20 minutes. I certainly didn't expect that, especially on a holiday. The guy that showed up was polite and professional. He had me up and running in 5 minutes. Turns out the door had just fallen off the track. He could have charged me for a service call, but didn't. Highly recommend them. When the time comes to replace my doors, I will be calling them.

Garage Gadgetry installed my new garage door four years ago. They did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the spring broke. Jon was prompt in coming out to replace it under warranty. He's very nice and also very good at explaining what possibly caused the spring to break. Garage Gadgetry is definitely my go to for garage door installs and repairs. I'm keeping their sticker by my garage door for sure!!

I rent out our home & do not live in Fort Collins. So when an issue occurs it can be a struggle to find a trustworthy company to service your home when you're not present. Let me tell you what a gem Tom is. He offered to walk me through my situation over the phone to fix my problem vs coming out (think service charge). Being that I don't live there I needed him to come out. He showed up early & was done within 15-20 minutes tops! His fee was was way too kind. I would call/use him over & over again. Tom was amazing! We have a home warranty and Garage Gadgetry was assigned to fix our garage. Tom came out on a Saturday to find that our circuit board no longer worked. He worked very hard to make sure our service was covered. He was at our house to replace the opener within 15 minutes of getting the ok from the warranty company. He was completely done within 45 minutes. He went above and beyond and we are so thrilled to have a trusted garage repairman in our lives!

I Called Garage Gadgetry and got a call back same day. I made an appt for a couple of days later. Not only was he on time, but a little early and actually called my cell phone because I had a note on the door that said "please don't ring door bell, baby sleeping"!!! Figured out the issue super fast and because it was "minor" he wouldn't let me pay him. I tried too! We will be needing a new garage door opener soon and I will 100% give Garage Gadgetry a call!

I needed a garage door opener installed on my single door garage. I called for information and a quote on a Wednesday and the work was completed on Saturday. The technician arrived on time and after he finished installing the opener and keyless entry, he showed me the potential issues with the existing garage door and operating system. When that door/motor goes (it's getting old) I will certainly call this company! Great service, good price!

Living in Fort Collins we wanted to do business locally. It seems most of the companies that have local phone numbers are Denver companies. My wife discovered Garage Gadgetry on line and they are local. Tom was great. He was prompt, experienced, ethical and price friendly. All we needed was a replacement part. He did not try to sell me a new opener. He needed to order a new part, so installed a used part on our opener until new part came in. I was extremely impressed with Garage Gadgetry after my experience with Raynor. Garage Gadgetry called back within the hour (Raynor would take a day, each time I called). Plus they suggested how to fix my broken door instead of replace the whole thing. Door repair and new opener was $400 with Garage Gadgetry and I was quoted $1000 with Raynor. They installed within two days of giving me the quote (it was going to be weeks with Raynor). The installation went excellent. I was very impressed!

My husband is out of the country, so the house has cue'd itself to start the massive meltdown! The appliances have an evil pact against me! That is a story for another day.... Our main, large garage door is making sounds that are very loud & not natural! I call my husband in Istanbul & he tells me to find a coupon & call someone to come BEFORE it is totally dead & gone. Our garage door was in desperate need of repair. Tom came out looked it over and told me why it was doing what it was doing and the best way to fix it. He didn't have the parts need on his truck but offered to come back later in the day to get it fixed. He came back and was done installing the new parts in under an hour. He charged a fair price (my husband even agreed) and the door works great now. I would highly recommend Garage Gadgetry to anyone that needs garage door work done. I will definitely call them when we need repairs or a new door installed. Great service!
