$605 for a couple hours worth of work. Moved my gas line to a different all in my living room. Drilled multiple holes in the floor. Got my bill for a total. No itemized bill given. Called to get an explanation and all my questions were answered with some gibberish.
Also want to add they they said $75 for labor but did not disclose that a second person would be coming since it’s a crawl space. We told them it was a crawl space and was not informed of a second person. Left to go get tools and still charged us for time. Tried to explain this on the phone but got nowhere. Would not recommend this

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our AC went out during the hottest week of the summer. We have an infant. I had called another company and they diagnosed the issue, collected payment and then we never heard back from them. We called Willis & Sons and they came that very day, diagnosed the issue and had our AC up and running the VERY next day. They treated us as an emergency since we have a baby and I could not be more grateful. Every single person I had contact with was kind and extremely professional. I can't say enough good things about this buisness. After paying $425 to another local plumbing company who fixed absolutely nothing. Willis and sons came to the rescue. Did more work than their competitor and actually fixed the problem for half the price! Both plumbers were very knowledgeable and polite. Don't bother calling anyone else and paying more! Call Willis and sons.

Fast to arrive to look at heat pump. Found an issue quickly. Replaced with improper part that over heated unit and did not get a.c. to cool. Tech didn't check to see if problem was fixed and wouldn't come back to check when called. Called Affordable Air and they replaced the improper part, recharged the system, and verified system was working before leaving. Willis offered to refund some of the money that they took for doing nothing.
