Fisher-Moser Flooring

I was impressed with there common sense approach to problems. They were up front about the challenges they are facing in our current economic situation.

Matt was the consummate professional. He did great work and our bill came in as estimated despite extra labor needed to complete the job. We would not hesitate to use Fisher Moser again!

We asked them to come give us an estimate to replace our hardwood floors. A full week after I initially made contact, I finally heard back and we set up a time. They came out and did their measurements and discussed what we were looking for. Another full week went by, and then my husband got a call from someone at a completely different company saying they got our info from Fisher-Moser, who decided they weren't going to take on our job and passed us along to these people. At no point did anyone from Fisher-Moser contact us to discuss why they weren't able to do the job or to request permission

We had a great experience throughout the whole process. We used Fisher Moser for the flooring of our new basement and couldn't be happier with the results. They are professional, experienced, clean and very competitive in pricing!
