Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever used. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR FURNITURE BROKEN. We used Invoke as our movers in July of 2021 and on the day of the move, the guys came on time and were very nice, and we had no problem with the actual movers. However, when arriving to our new address, one of the movers broke a piece of our furniture and brought it to my attention. This was fine because I know accidents can happen and that I would be reimbursed. HOWEVER, trying to get a reimbursement has been IMPOSSIBLE. I recently decided to move to the area and got a bunch of quotes. But invoke moving really stood out because of their customer service. Sandra was so nice and made the process super easy. The guys showed up on time and moved surprisingly fast in 90 degree weather. Im very happy with my move and will definitely be using them in the future!

From start to finish this was a first rate experience. The quote was spot on. The crew was on time and hustled. They loaded my belongings with speed and care. The took the quickest route to my new place and unloaded quickly. I would highly recommend them and if I move again I will use them. My move was complete and I was still waiting on quotes from other companies.

This was hands down the most horrendous move ever! Of the three guys that showed up one of them was okay one of them was a little lazy in one of them was horrible. The furniture legs were all broken our mirrors were broken and everything was banged up they didn't know how to pack they didn't adequately wrap I had a tempurpedic bed that was thrown on the bottom of the trailer so it has black race marks on it. They had a good price and I guess you get what you pay for but never ever again.

This company is awful. The owner thinks he is smarter then everyone on the planet. In truth he is just a felon that thinks he is smart but really isn't. He rips people off by saying it will take a certain time but it takes way longer. He also hides behind some txdmv law so not to pay for the damage his company causes. Stay far away from this felon and his company. He will try and fight you if you say the wrong things too.

This is the worst moving company that I have ever used. The 2 guys that were sent to move me ripped off the handles from the sides of my mattresses, not to mention one of the movers was laying his sweaty head up against my mattress even though I had plastic wrap on them, he managed to find the one spot not wrapped. They were not careful with my furniture and I saw several dings in different pieces. And to top everything off, one of the movers put a HUGE dent on my bedroom door panel when he took in the side railing of my bed….in my BRAND NEW home!!!!! He looked at me and said “my bad”!!!

Had Invoke movers yesterday. Overall good workers but they gouged and scratched wall during move. Ok I understand accidents happen but hears the catch. Called to report damage and happen to speak to owner. He said for me to be a man and dip a paint brush in leftover paint! Seriously! Trust me if I meet this owner I'll be a man. I'm surprised they are still in business! Of course owner assured me they been in business for 15 years. Do me and yourself a favor and AVOID Invoke movers at all cost!! Poor leadership and customer service. I'm shock an owner would respond so aggressively

This is not a fake review. I contacted your company by email off of your site and no one responded. Many people do look at Yelp.
I contacted 3 moving companies and only one responded but they put the wrong move out date . When I contacted them about the change they did not respond back . I do have a company now for my move

This is the second time and second 5-star review I'm leaving these guys & girls. Both times my moves were efficient and affordable. Both times my crews moved quickly and carefully and spent no extra time that could have cost me more $ than what I expected or should have been needed. I've recommended and will continue to recommend them any chance I get.
Our lease ends in 2 years and I fully expect to be calling Invoke again. They have my trust with my home and there's not much that can replace that!

1 Man and a Tiny Truck
The 1st thing we noticed was the truck they had brought was too small. Then after meeting the two gentlemen, I got the sense they weren't trilled about working together. An hour into the move 1 guy re-injured his foot, and he let that be known. to everyone. That leaving the other guy doing the majority of the work.
They weren't working together at all. After 4 1/2 hours of loading they still had 3 large item to put on the truck. I had to tell them it's been too long and they needed to get this finished in the next hour.

Company - easy to deal with, flexible, sent out what they said they would. But the estimation of what's required in terms of manpower and truck was horribly off. Instead of 3 men and one truck it needed 2 crews and two trucks. This mistake, which occurred even with an inventory sent, was that the single crew worked 10+ hours, into the night, and still didn't get everything moved. The result was we had to rent a truck on our own over the following days, get help and hire another company to finish up. It was a horrendous

They had a very good special rate pricing. The movers were friendly and hard-working. They were willing to pickup furniture from two locations to move into my new house. I thought they did a really good job.
The only things I didn't like was (1) When offloading the boxes into the new house, they kept asking where to put the boxes and ended up stacking them all up in the dinning room (even though the boxes had locations written on them - ie. kitchen, bedroom, living room, etc).... and (2) One of the movers spent the last 30-minutes of the unloading process folding blankets in the truck, while

This was one of the worst moving experiences ever. First they give you a two hour move window- ok very inconvenient buts let's try. The. Past the two hour window they still show up 1.5 hours LATE! Two mall your kids, one hardly does any work because it's to hard. They did so much damage to my belongings I would highly recommend NOT EVEN CONSIDERING USING THEM!!!!!! Terrible experience, damaged personal belongings, and they took the longest route to my final destination and then took twice as long unloading!!!!! Disgusted that I was forced to throw away $460+dollars!!!

Worst moving experience I've ever had. Took them over 3 hours to move my 500 sq ft apartment. They ruined pretty much every single piece of furniture I own, even though it was all wrapped, cracked my fish tank so that's now unusable, destroyed my trash can and they even HIT MY CAR WITH THEIR DOLLIES. My car is brand new, 4 months old, and now has a scratched headlight and scratched front bumper from these people. I will definitely be putting in claims for all damages and I'm thinking about calling a lawyer to see if there is anything I can do about my car damage.
