Had 3 trees removed from my property as well as a safety trim on a tree that lost a lot of branches last year. Everything was great except for the communication from their office. Won't return phone calls promptly and gave vague arrival times. I have a dog and he needed to be locked up for whenever they came but I never knew when that was

Edited this review to reflect changes - the owner showed up within an hour of my call, heard us out & apologized. He also offered to trim one of our trees as a way to make it right. Really appreciate that level of attentiveness, all things considered. From what I can see, looks like a job well done on the large tree removal and i feel confident that similar miscommumication won't happen again.

Mark came out to my business property and gave me a job estimate for a fallen tree. He went above and beyond the call of duty in educating and empowering me to make the best decision for my situation... even if it meant hiring a different. He provided a fair bid and was very friendly and helpful!

When building my detached garage I found that I needed some tree limbs trimmed back to give room.
I called Elite and they came out on short notice and gave a reasonable quote and had the job done within hours.
I was very impressed with the quality, attention to detail, awesome price and professionalism of the Elite team.

UPDATE 8/1/2019- I did highly refereed Elite Tree Services to a friend/co-worker and I am honestly embarrassed I did. I only ever worked with Mark and he was great and on time with me in Jan. 2019 but the guy that my friend/co-worker worked with was Nathan and he sounds like he has no idea whats going on and that he does not communicate with Mark. Over all I was told that the tree cutting went well but that Nathan and his crew didn't clean up well or put her property back the way it was before he started. Hopefully it will all get corrected sooner than later because I feel bad for referring Elite

These guys are fantastic!
We had a large branch crack down the center on a really big plum tree and it was hanging over our fence line, partially into the neighbors yard. They came out on the weekend to take care of the tree causing the problem and made it look great!
At the same time we got an estimate to top and limb up a really large chestnut tree too. We were given a fair price for the job on both trees, clean up and hauling off of all the debris. The chestnut had a few large pieces that had died off in the center and I was concerned about those breaking at some point.
Today they came back

Rip off for prices. Go somewhere else. They pedal it as competitive prices. Found a place that was 40% less after I asked them to come out. The person flipped and began lecturing me on the ccb and liability insurance. I had already looked and the new company was great. Finally conceded that he would match the price if I emailed the competitive quote. No follow up until I called back 4 days later and he said he couldn't match it and was busy with something else. Still required I pay a 10% cancellation fee. What a scam!

I was so impressed with the professional and affordable service I received from Elite. The crew that showed up knew what they were doing and worked together like a well oiled machine to take out a dying 50' Maple in my back yard. If you need tree service, I highly recommend you give these guys a call.

I had two trees removed on my property. One was a scary Eucalyptus tree that kept breaking and had large branches fall, which damaged my power lines twice! The other was a tree growing too dangerously close to my house.
I was under stress and pressure to get the Eucalyptus tree out last fall before winter hit (due to the dangerous branches). I contacted over a dozen places with outrageous and high bids. Elite Tree Service was recommended by a friend and I felt so lucky to connect with them!
