Josh is very prompt and helpful. In the past, I have had some difficulty getting appropriate service from this company. However, this time was excellent. I talked to Josh on the phone about the problems I was having. Not only did he show up when he said he would, he addressed every problem I had. I will definitely continue to use them.

Made several calls, talked with two different people the times I didn’t leave a message over a weeks timeframe. Not one callback. Then the last time I called I was told someone would be out either that evening or the next morning, but they needed $75 for them to do an estimate. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This is the 3rd time that I've used Bowlin (twice for repairs, and once just for a tune-up), and each time has been a great experience. The gentleman that came out today was Josh, and he did a fantastic job. He was very professional and walked me through the whole process. I will definitely continue to use them for my heating and air conditioning needs.
