I cannot say enough about how amazing the service was with them! They were quick and the price was reasonable for after hour service. I was locked out of my house due to the latch breaking in my door. They came and got me back into the house so quickly and even fixed an existing issue. Would definitely use again!!!!

I called the 24/7 after hour service which the guy kept saying 45 minutes and nobody showed up. An hour passed by, nobody still showed up. I called him he still saying 45 minutes. Then he said he would call his tech and still didn’t get back to me. Thee worst service EVER! Do not call them after hours they will not come!

I called another Locksmith Co before I called A&P - what a mistake!! The “other guy” tried for over 3 hours and over a period of 2 days to open a lock that A&P opened in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t even tell A&P what was wrong with it! He has seen this type of thing before & knew exactly how to handle it! That’s what your paying for: EXPERIENCE! I called them first. The man was sounding like he was in bed, wasn't friendly. Said he be there. No estimated time of arrival, no service fee cost noted. I called another locksmith they came right away. I called AM&PM to cancel and the man said very demanding that I was not allowed to cancel once I called to order a locksmith. I had not paid for anything and was already helped by someone else, paid and the job was completed. AM&PM guy was rude and instead of saying ok thank you sorry we were unable to help you or anything nice he just hung on me angrily

Unfortunately I locked myself out of my car and had to call AM PM Locksmith for help. They were able to come out quickly and unlock my car. I also decided to use them to make myself an extra car key, they were able to make me one on the spot with no issues. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely will use them again, if needed. Highly recommend!

Needed to have an electric keypad lock installed (Schlage). Shay provided a reasonable quote ($110) and while I was flexible on date of installation, he was able to fit me in his schedule the day after initial contact. While he arrived an hour later than the appointment, I was fine with that. However, that's where the positive review ends.

Place is about ten bucks cheaper than most for a car lockout. That being said, I called at 2pm and was told he was finishing up and would be to me in 15 minutes. He came at 530. Job was done quick, but no apology for the lateness. Id pay 10 more for on time honestly.

Sent a message about a car key replacement. Was sent back an generic message and was asked to call in. I called in the next day and was told that he will reach back to me. Never got a call back. Went to the dealership instead and got it done in less than an hour.
Maybe he didn't want to provide the service and could have told me instead of keeping me waiting for days for a call.

My fault - locked myself out so I called these guys based on the great reviews. Said they would be here in 25 minutes. After 50 minutes I called back and after another 5 minutes they called back and said it would be 15 more minutes...25 minutes after that, still no locksmith. So...if you're locked out don't call these guys...they are completely undependable. Fortunately a neighbor came home who is clever with tools. I would give 0 stars if that were an option but alas it isn't.

Excellent service, fast response, fast to show up. Did a great job, and the price wasn't too bad.
The tech Ron communicated with me the whole way. Sent me pics of the work via text, emailed my receipts and didn't take all of 30 minutes to change the door locks. Afterwards when I finally got a sec to check the work in person, it worked so smoothly how it supposed to!!!
This is the type of service I look for every time!
I forgot to mention they took debit card, over the phone. Which is very important to me.

I called AM PM Locksmith after my bike key broke in the lock. I was able to coordinate a time with Shay to come assess the situation and free my bike. We discussed options: 1.) dig broken key out and leave the bike until a replacement key arrived OR 2.) cut the lock. He said that even with the broken key removed the lock couldn't be picked so we decided to cut the lock and in a few short seconds my bike was free again.
He had all the tools needed to get the job done and at my convenience. I'd definitely recommend him to others and will keep the AM PM Locksmith number on hand for other

I lost my key for my car a few weeks ago. I've been out of town and my car is parked in my driveway so it was no big deal. I did a lot of research while searching every corner of my house and chose am & pm, even tho I got a good quote from another locksmith because of the great reviews on yelp. I figured I may run the risk of paying a bit more I figured you cant put a price on great service. I was pretty bummed out as a disaster struck due to a lost car key. VWs require special keys with a security chip in them, so they cannot be made at any hardware store. Dealers are notorious for overcharging and ripping you off. I bought a car and drove it from NYC to Philly without a problem. On a recent frigid winter morning, I realized that I had lost the only set of keys I have to my car (folks, always have a spare, somewhere). I originally called West Philadelphia Locksmith, but after a horrible phone experience with that company, I consulted Yelp for a second recommendation and found AM PM.

Had to get my locks changed. Called up and was told they would be there in 45 minutes. I got a call and Garrett was already there. Since I was still on my way and stuck in traffic I felt bad and thought they would leave. Nope, he asked what I needed and did the work. Could have charged extra but was honest and told me I didn't need the dead bolt removed. By the time I got there everything was complete and I just needed to pay.
