Tyler, Nate, Jaylen, and Oleg were the absolute best. They took all the stress out of our already hectic moving day. They were professional, efficient, and above all very friendly. I would recommend prime moving Co to anyone in the process of moving. They worked well with our changing schedules and were more than accommodating with very fair pricing. Their loading, unloading, and professional driving took all the worry out of transporting our belongings. We don't plan on moving again, but if we do, we are choosing prime.

Our experience with this company was fantastic! From planning with Shannon to the moving day crew, our move was incredibly smooth. Lucas and hid entire crew were hardworking and so polite. It was a very long day 9 am-10pm, but the crew got everything here safely and delivered to the correct rooms in our new home. We only had damage to one item (flat screen tv). We called about the damage. A man came and checked it out. Around a month later, a brand new tv was delivered and set up in our home. These two men were helpful and so polite, too. Top notch guys for sure! I would highly recommend this company

Moving is such a pain in the butt, but Prime Moving made it tolerable! The team was SUPER nice, they came on time (15 minutes early!), wrapped up the furniture, got it over to our new house and unloaded within 5 hours. I hope to never have to move again, but if I do, I will definitely book these team again!

We used Prime Moving Center to move us March 20th, last year and I'm still very upset that after they moved us I discovered most of our expensive jewelry missing from a personal bag that they weren't suppose to move. I'm talking about thousands and thousands of dollars in value, not to mention the sentimental value, wedding ring, an expensive pendant necklace from a friend about 30 years ago, and much more. I am still angry and devastated that people would do such a thing. The staff is very helpful until you have a problem, and they make sure you don't have any right to talk

Unprofessional, three out of three beds couldn't be reassembled because of misplaced hardware. A box of my clothes was drenched in liquid from another box that leaked out. I hired them to pack and move. Would never use this company. Furniture was scratched and so was my floor.

I have used Prime previously as well. They have always been A++. The price is competitive, the service is excellent. Both of my moving teams were amazing. On this move, Mike, the lead, was very knowledgeable and patient with me. There was also a trainee on their team and he was making sure he was being instructed not just thrown into the work with the assumption he knew what to do. The team worked fast and efficiently. They listened to my concerns, helped me make informed decisions and never made me feel as though I was an interference.

We were recommended by a friend who used Prime Moving twice for their moves. We got an in-home estimate for our move and was suggested that we would need five movers for 8-10 hours (3 bedroom house with estimated 70 items and 200 boxes). Shannon was very responsive to all my questions even when I was just in the planning and budgeting phase of the move. I really liked how they have a client site for me to communicate with Shannon and also ensure that my move was scheduled and confirmed.

The movers were great and the final bill was true to their initial estimate. They were well-trained ,professional,sociable and energetic. I loved that you can track the move on-line. The men showed up on time and ready to work. They were clearly a team. Things moved along like a well-oiled machine. I was happy with them overall. Moving sucks so bad, so it helps to have a relatively smooth moving company help you ease the pain! They gave a window of time they'd show up between 9-10a and showed up at 10:15am. Not terrible, and honestly expected.
We did an evaluation prior to the move with one of their staff members, so she actually came into my house and went through the entire place room by room and estimated how many boxes vs how much time they'd need and how much staff. Just finished up with an apartment move using this service. From the start through completion they exceeded my expectations. The Office Manager Shannon was on top of the details and professional throughout the process and the movers themselves- Lucas- the lead and Zaire, Chris and Derrick could not have been more accommodating. In fact, this crew took better care of my belongings than anyone (including me) has during my many moves. They were prepared, personable and strictly business. This morning I was moved by Derrick, Luke, Bryce, and Zaeir. I was pretty stressed out before this move and they made the move a painless process! My items were well taken care of, they arrived early, delivered my items to the appropriate rooms, and were very professional. I will be recommending them to my friends and will be using them for my next local move. My quote was more than the actual cost of the day. Had a wonderful moving experience with Prime Moving Center. The one star reviews here definitely made me a little concerned (looking for good movers is actually stressful tbh) before my move but I would say these guys did a great job on my move.
Starting from the morning they were on time arriving my apartment. Moving folks were all professional and efficient. All furniture were well wrapped and protected. We had a lot of stuff for our one bedroom apartment and the entire move was finished under 4 hours with a reasonable price!
I would definitely select with these folks again if I have to move

Prime moving center helped my relatives relocate to a bigger apartment. My relatives are retired, and im happy to say that the movers were diligent, respective, and didn't try to take advantage of the elderly! The price was reasonable, they didn't drag time, wrapped the furniture very well. They were accurate, which made my folks really happy! Movers also helped arrange the furniture and put it on correct spots because otherwise no one else would be able to do it. They also picked up all the trash after themselves!

Guys are totally amazing! They did all the work! I was terrified with upcoming move, you know how stressful it could be...and to be completely honest- I hate packing...((it's like wasting your time, pack first, unpack after blah blah...But with Prime Moving Company I didn't lose any precious minute of my day, just sitting on my couch in my new apartment I realized that that's it!!! I used this company last year when I moved, used them again yesterday. This was my review last time -They're so great! They're timely, efficient, and so nice! I'd recommend them. I plan on using them again!

We contacted this company for a quote. They sent us an email asking us to list every single item in our house and the number of boxes we would have. They also asked for other information such as how many steps there were, how many adults & children live in our house, how long we've lived here, etc. We provided all the requested information and then received an extensive inventory form to complete. We completed that and were told they needed to send an estimator on-site. Estimator came and we finally received a quote with an option to choose an hourly rate or a flat rate. The hourly

Prime Moving Center helped me move a 1-bedroom apartment this past Sunday. It was the best moving experience I could ever ask for! Lucas, Mike and Fazil came on time, with all the equipment ready with them (wraps, blankets, tapes, dolly, tools for disassembly and assembly, etc.). They didn't waste a minute of time before they started loading the truck. They were so professional, efficient, friendly and considerate. This review is a bit late, but better late then never, right? Anyhow, I bought a house late last year. The movers were great! They were efficient and took great care when packing and moving my things to the new house. Shannon was pleasant and responsive.
