I highly recommend this business! We came here looking to buy a deadbolt with a thumbturn and get it rekeyed to fit our current key. After describing what we wanted, they suggested that we could accomplish this by just getting another key cut and using it as the thumbturn instead of spending additional money. We ended up walking out for only $2.50, instead of what could have easily been around $60 had they just chosen not to be helpful. I wish I would’ve gotten the mans name that helped me. I went in to get my second car key cut and he did it quickly and made my key perfect. I didn’t know how to program the new key to my car so he followed me out and taught me how to do it! No extra charge for programming and half the price to get my key cut here than any other places around !

I just got a key cut and programmed for my vehicle at this place, my neighbor recommended them. I decided to go there instead of Ace Mart because of that and to support a local business. Just got a key made here for my work car and the service was great! I broke the original key and had to use a crappy spare to make a copy. After going to 4 departments store that told me there was no way to make a cope of my key, I stopped here. They made my key really fast and allowed me to test them! Great service!

So I bought my Ford F150 second hand. No remote came with the vehicle and so for over a year, I have been having to manually unlock/lock my doors. I know, so 1990 right? This company is an absolute joke. I called a couple weeks ago to have a safe moved from one location on property to another. They came out to move and from the moment they got out where complaining as if they did not want to move it. They kept saying they didn't have the right equipment. After getting it out of the first house and to the new house they couldn't figure out how to get it in and said they needed another piece of equipment that was broke and would have to come back. I wish I could write a good review on them because it looks like they have been here in the neighborhood for a long time and I really admire local businesses. So here is the problem. It's almost painful to make small talk to they guys who work there behind the counter. Even on the most basic levels. They are not friendly nor nice to customers. It stands out.

I had lost the keys to my RV and had spent all day backtracking to try to locate them to no avail. My son googled locksmiths and randomly selected Saylor from the list as I was departing Houston the next day ( NewYears Eve Day) for California . He spoke with Josh who was willing to come out that night (11:30pm) to pick the locks, remove the tumblers and re-key my locks. Unfortunately, he did not have the keys to match. The lady I spoke with on the phone a very polite and definitely wanted my business. I just bought blank keys from the Honda dealership for my scooter. I went to one locksmith and he said he couldn't make the key but if I got him the code he cut it for 20 bucks.I called sailors key in lock and that's when the lady was very nice and the phone and said that they could cut the key for sure. When I arrived the guy picked the lock on the scooter and cut one of the keys that I brought. When he went to ring me up he said it was $46! I responded with that's kind of expensive don't you
