Suttle Construction built our home in 2019 and we would definitely choose them again if we were to build another home in the area. The owner, Patrick Suttle, spent countless hours with us before he gave us a detailed cost estimate and agreement to sign to build our home. Patrick was on site to oversee the construction throughout the home building process to ensure our home was built to our specifications.

There are not enough positive words to describe our experience working with Patrick and his team. But, we will list a few that immediately come to mind. We bought a new construction home from Suttle Construction in 2011 and recently put the home up for sale only to find that the buyers home inspection discovered structural issues. When I brought it to the attention of the owner of Suttle Construction and asked that he stand behind his work - he explained that my home warranty expired after 1 year and offered the name of supply stores where I could buy materials needed for the repairs. Clearly if it did not pass a home inspection in 2017, it never should have passed a home inspection in 2011 - especially when you are talking about structural issues

While looking for a home to buy, we were turned on to building as we were wanting to put our own touch on everything. Patrick and Wendy were absolutely amazing in the whole process. They helped walk us through everything and any time we felt something needed to be changed, Patrick was on the phone making it happen.
