Having Khalid, Clay and Anthony doing our move from San Antonio to Seguin has been a blessing. This has been a hard move with going from 4000 sf to 2600 sf. They fact that they are taking such good care of our belonging is great but they are also taking good care of us with their positive and get it done right attitude. We will see them again on Thursday for the final day of moving and I have to say that my anxiety levels are so much lower knowing they will be the ones taking care of us.

Khalid, Anthony, and Chris put in 12hrs with us moving two houses into a 3rd. I don't know what to say, other than thank you for your service.
Super friendly, well mannered, and knowledgeable of the entire move process from start to finish, and back around for another adventure.

We used Careful Movers for our move on Saturday. The movers were professional and handled our belongings with extreme care. The ladies who answer the phones when you call are very sweet and helpful. This company took care of our concerns in a very timely manner and we are very happy with the service we received. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Careful Movers was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Donnie and Anthony K rocked it. They showed up early and we’re incredibly careful and thoughtful with how they wrapped our items and moved them out of our old house and into our new place. They navigated tricky corners and stairs and left the place spotless with no scratches or dings in the wall. Highly recommend!

We have used Careful Movers four times. Each time they have scheduled us as quickly as possible and have been professional and pleasant over the phone and in person. The guys that handle the furniture are both careful AND fast. The 3-stop moves had to be timed perfectly for an elderly person on oxygen with medical equipment including an electric hospital bed. Nate and Gus did a great job!

***Update-would not allow us to speak to a manager. Instead treated legal action if we did not pay in full immediately. Unethical company. Do not use. Posted their letter. Fully demonstrates how customers will… be treated if they ask to speak to a manager to discuss payment after damages.

Used Careful Movers today and I was so impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of Clay, Ben, and Ben C. They worked nonstop and were very efficient. Everything was packed, unpacked, and placed with great care. They kept a very positive attitude throughout the whole process and were communicative. Our family just completed a move from San Antonio to Tennessee. Careful Movers loaded three PODS on three different days and every single item arrived in perfect condition. Thomas was on site for each loading day and was fantastic in getting everything to fit. They were on time everyday and made good use of the hours they were hired for. I did all my own packing, however they were helpful in wrapping artwork and mirror with my moving blankets. I will recommend them to anyone planning a move in the San Antonio area.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired them to move a beautiful, large, bevelled glass-topped dining room table, and watched as the two men chipped the glass in many places - ruined! The men knew that they had done it (I have before and after pictures), called the office, and I was assured by the office manager that they would take care of the glass… being replaced. The office manager insisted that I pay the moving bill at that moment (which I stupidly did), and that the claims dept would contact me the next morning about replacing the glass top. Careful movers did a move for me on the 18th from my house to storage unit The crew was fantastic. They were friendly, professional and worked efficiently. Great job. I have already booked them to move my stuff from storage when my house is ready and booked them to move my sister to her new house as well.
