Drew from American air explained everything with great detail. The crew was very friendly. They uninstalled all components in one day and on a separate day came back to install the Heater and AC system. They even told us about some leaks on our water pipes that we were not aware. We built a new home, the builder used them for the duct work and heating and air. We installed a wine cooler in our wine room that they also did. Upon move in we had them connect our gas grill to the had line. When we had questions they promptly answered, and offered maintenance options. They arrived in time and made every effort to schedule us when it was convenient for us.

The American Heating & Cooling representative was polite, professional, and very efficient in isolating the cause of the failure and repairing it quickly.
Even though he got held up at his previous job, he still took the time to make it out to us the same day. Although he did not bring a mask, he was more than happy to wear one when we provided one to him.
Would recommend.

My heating system was acting silly and only coughing out cold air for seconds at a time. On the verge of nearly freezing to death I Called American Air and was met with a pleasant voice on the other end of the line. I frantically tried to describe what was going on. But froze. I am almost certain I was making no sense over the phone. But the lovely lady easily recognized my panicking position (she's heard it before) and was quick to translate the nonsense I was saying. Calmly, She told me everything was gonna be OK and reassured me that a tech would be there in a matter of moments.

I called and spoke with Dan, and explained what was going on. He had a service tech at my house in under two hours. The service tech quickly identified the problem, quoted a reasonable price and made the repair. Although slightly higher in price than a couple of other quotes I received, I was exceptionally impressed with the quality of all my interactions -- Tim's explanation of the proposed work and quote was much more detail-oriented than any other provider I met with. After my clients raved about the quality of work from American Air I was so excited to be able to give them a try. From the very beginning they worked closely with us to hammer out the costs, how we would pay, and the rebates we would receive. Installation was smooth, efficient, and didn’t disrupt our daily life. The crew that came and did the work were friendly, polite, and tidied up after themselves. We are loving our ductless heat pumps and I would continue to recommend American Air to anyone needing hvac, heating, and cooling work done at their home.

We had moved in during a heat wave and the ac malfunctioned. The company was so helpful and amazing! I called after hours and they immediately helped me trouble shoot to eliminate any easy fix issues. When every other place was booked out a week they were here within 72 hours and had our unit working within no time. Fast, Friendly, professional Service Indeed! Thank you!!! Had a thirty year old system that was inefficient and starting to break down. Called American Air and they were prompt in their quote and very reasonably priced for a split AC/gas furnace system. Dan the owner went over options with me and when the choices were made, installation was quick and very professional. When a small issue came up after install, they were super quick to address and fix it, superb after sale service. No issues as far as the product line goes, American Standard is the same thing as Trane, just lower priced. I would not hesitate to call American Air again and would not

I used American Air after they were referred to me be an HVAC guy who couldn't get to my job in a reasonable amount of time. I was a little suspicious that American Air was available when others weren't, but it turns out that Dan, after years of working for someone else in town, had just gone out on his own and started his own business.
Last summer I bought 2 houses and tore them down to the studs and rebuilt them at the same time. Between the 2 houses
