The gentleman who sprays is always very professional but sprays the place in 2 minutes or less so not sure if the pesticide is potent enough or if he is thorough because he has visited my place several times and still there are bugs right after he leaves. I have lived in Mariners Watch a couple years and never had problems until recently and nothing works. The guy says he has no idea which apartment it is.

When you place a call for assistance the staff is courteous and helpful with information. They were also mindful of the weather because if it was raining within a certain time of treatment it wouldn’t have worked! The technician who came out was kind and patient with all my questions. He was on time, too! I will use them again!

My apartment complex uses this service I have a rodent in my apartment and wanted to speak to someone about what they did. I have called 4 times since 3:00pm and no one picks up the phone. The web site says they are open till 5:00pm the machine says 4:oo but no one answers at 3:00pm.
I did receive a text message from the owner Sunday afternoon he had no information about what was done and stated he was out of the office Friday.
He was upset with my review and asked me to take it down. I had to wait till Monday to do that. Monday morning he was asking me why I haven't removed my post. I asked
