My name is David Wilging. I started Wilging Construction in 2003 as a fully bonded general construction organization. In the last few years, an increasing number of jobs involved helping people realize their 'Dream Project'. These are truly exciting undertakings. The key to a successful 'Dream Project' is thoughtful planning on both sides.
Undertaking a 'Dream Project' can be fairly intimidating regardless of the size of the undertaking. I recommend the following process because it has worked out well with my other customers. First, get together face-to-face to talk about what you want to accomplish. My role at this point is to actively listen, ask questions, take a look at the 'work area' to help me visualize options, establish goals and parameters for the project.
Last year David helped us with our 'dream home'. Sue and I bought a Mid-Century Contemporary house. Before moving in, David helped us develop plans to substantially renovate our home without losing its character. The most extensive project was the conversion of a mother-in-law suite into a master bedroom.
