Great talk not much action. When your told every time let us know if the bugs come back call us you know get ready to call two weeks later. Then after waiting on hold for a minimum of 8 to 12 minutes you get to schedule them to come back when it's convenient for them. DON'T use save yourself time and headaches. Super nice people though.

Were they polite when signing us up? Yes. Did their service wind up working at our home? No. So, after 3 treatments, I called them up and waited on hold for 30 minutes each time. Once through, I was told that they would be charging an early termination fee for cancelling the account. I was cancelling not because I wanted to get a different service, but because theirs was not working. These people are vultures and I would advise going elsewhere. They said "We'll send you to collections!"

Discovered yellow jackets nest. Austin was first on site - then called for Michael with the bee suit. (Bee suit most necessary!) Kudos for the bee suit. The "nest" was most significant. Very pleased with their service. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly/interactive which really helped in a tense scenario since I am allergic to bee stings. Thank you for really great service. We have been customers for a little over a year now. Rise has always taken care of us and most of the technicians are always very informative. We discovered a bee nest under our camper. I couldn't mow around it without them coming out from being disturbed. Michael was able to come out and really went above and beyond what we ever expected to completely clear out the nest. Now we can mow without problems and won't have to worry about taking any of these with us on our camping trips!

Warning all!! You will be signing a 18 month agreement! If you call to cancel, they will charge you half of the term of the contract!! This was not mentioned to me when signing up with the sales person. I spoke with the manager and they let me know that I signed a 18 month agreement and it’s listed in the contract I “signed”. Young kid with an iPad with no paperwork…. I signed up to have the house sprayed and hornet nest in my shed to be taken care of.. after the first visit, they came and sprayed and missed the hornets nest. So I reached out to the sales rep and he resent a tech to spray

OMG these guys (Alec & Peyton) are hands down the most personable, understanding and helpful team a company could ever have. I'm pretty eccentric and they didn't judge me, over talk me and they let me tell them my creepy stories about the creepy crawlers in and around my house. Alec didn't spray around my pool but the moment I asked him to, he was already gone and spraying it. They gave me such a sigh of relief after they were done, I may not need anxiety medicine anymore. i just had to tell someone. They are truly a great team and I feel really lucky Peyton knocked on my door. Thanks you guys
