We are very pleased with our new roof and we’re impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of Southern Quality’s team. They were courteous of protecting our home and cleaning up afterward. Curtis was particularly helpful, knowledgeable, and peasant to work with. He did an outstanding job of supervising the crew and making sure everything turned out well.

Had a great experience. They arrived by 7:50 and removed the old roof and replaced it with a new roof and were done and gone at 4:10. The result was an excellent new roof. GREAT JOB . I highly recommend Southern Quality Company. They are very professional and nice to work with.

From the very first appointment phone call with the office staff, to the estimator who found hail damage and helped me get an insurance claim, to the crew, the service was the best. This company is outstanding! We shopped around for excellent companies to handle a massive job and Southern Quality was the company that kept popping up. When we called for an estimate, Jesse was there in in two days. Our house is on a mountainside, so we knew it was going to be difficult. Jesse assured us that Southern Quality had handled jobs that were even more difficult. We had an estimate in two days and we were floored by how reasonable it was for a new roof, power washing and staining the entire outside, replacing old skylights and adding a long length of new gutter. The work was done promptly

Southern Quality Company did a great job. They came out and inspected the roof and provided an inspection report for the Insurance company the same day. They helped us work through some insurance issues in a patient manner. When the quote was approved they were here so quick to get the job done! I was completely impressed with the professionalism of their staff and the crew that removed and replaced the shingles in the same day! The clean up was amazing! Great job! As seamless as can be hoped for. We needed a new roof installed after discovering that our three year old roof was installed improperly and had to be replaced. John and his crew had an estimate worked up in a timely manner and scheduled an install over two days specifically to accommodate for weather and temperature. They likely could've knocked out in one day but went the extra mile. Everything was cleaned up properly and hauled off in short order. Sometimes it's the little things but we were impressed by the fact that they even rented a Porta Potty for the crew...again, something that

I started with Angie's List that had several good reviews for Southern Quality Company. Then, I asked our Insurance agent for a recommendation and they highly recommended John Valenti's (president os SQC). Then I asked a friend and guess who was recommended, John Valenti's company. I asked John for a quote the next day and he was here in the afternoon. Twelve days later the roof is finished and looks great! John is extremely professional and a joy to work with.
