I visited Phoenix from Florida. I rented a car in Phoenix for 4 days. My third night about 8:45 I accidentally locked the keys in the car. I called this place and asked about how much it would be to unlock the vehicle, the lady said it’s a minimum of $64 and most vehicles are unlocked for under $80. This company is overpriced w/ terrible customer service. My vehicle is a 2010 dodge charger w/ a minimal labor force entry. I’ve had this issue before in days past and was charged $65 minimum and $85 at most. The locksmith who arrived looked as if he’d just finished a joint before rolling out of bed prior to arriving to service me and had the unmitigated gall to have a rude demeanor and nasty attitude. Great service from Tony. Really knows how to make you feel better about being a total loser and locking my keys in my car! Was fair on price with it being the middle of the night on a weekend and even gave me a magnetic key holder for my spare key so this wouldn't happen again! Do yourself a favor and find a better company! They charged me an arm and a leg to install a door handle on our door leading to our backyard and the door handle broke off the minute they left! I called the next day to tell them so they could come back and repair the door handle and the receptionist was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I explained the situation and she laughed at me for calling it a door handle and not a lock. There is not lock on the door hand and is it one sided so it is a door handle. They arrived quickly and the total process took 5-10 minutes which was great, and they finished before 7pm. It was just the basic lever lock on one door, no deadbolt. Horrible service!
I called them to change 2 commercial locks.
I scheduled ahead of time & they were a couple hours late.
I am now worse off then I was before!
One lock fell apart; screws fell out after 2 days & the handle is loose.
Another handle lock worked previously and now does not work at all.
I recommend finding another locksmith!

Ethan was amazing! He arrived promptly and was so helpful! He surveyed the car, asked good questions and then explained everything to me before he began. He even explained the pricing before he started, and told me everything he would need to do. He then unlocked my car, which probably took only two or three minutes. He also answered my questions and gave good tips about how to avoid locking myself out of the car in the future! I was quoted "about $45" to unlock my car. After it took the guy 25 minutes longer than estimated to finally arrive, I was charged $180 for the most simple way to unlock a car. $29 for the service call and $35 for labor - understandable. But then another $120 charge to actually unlock the car?! And not only was I delayed and overpriced, I advised the man I was in a rush and had to be somewhere and he would not stop talking to me. I definitely would NOT recommend this company. Use pop-a-lock instead, they may take longer to be there be at least they won't try to rip you off.

So I got locked out of my house tonight. This company is very very expensive!!! After my initial call I waited 15 mins for the guy to call me. Then I waited an hour for the guy to show up! I was charged $29 for the service call. No biggie right? Well the service guy shows up & tells me what he will do to try to unlock my door. On top of the $29 there was a $95 labor charge & $180 to pick the door My total was $304!!!! That is a complete joke!!! I now made sure I gave a set of my house keys to my best friend/realtor now. I will never let this happen again! And I will never refer this

Kyle from Locksmith Guru is the man! Last minute on Sunday night we locked our keys in our car. We thought it would take an hour for them to get there and it would cost way too much. Kyle showed up within 10 minutes of calling and got the job done quick while not damaging the car. The quick service wasn't the only good part. Kyle was so friendly it felt like an old friend had showed to help us out. The price was also super reasonable which is more than we could ask for! I would prefer Kyle any day!

Would have been 5 stars if the dispatch lady would have been honest about the price. She said and I quote "it's $29 for the service call and $35 for labor, and maybe a little more depending on the method they have to use to open it" maybe a little more... it was $120 more. They used the most basic method to open it. She also couldn't estimate time well because she said 20 minutes and it took an hour. BE HONEST ABOUT THE PRICE. I ordered a locksmith through Diamondback Locksmith. They ended up sending me these guys. The prices Diamondback quoted me were much different then the price Locksmith Guru charged.
