They came early. They removed shingles, cut out damaged plywood, replaced the plywood, ice and water shielded both sides of the roof, shingled both sides of the roof, finished the clean up in the dark with lights, and left. 5 people accomplished this amazing feat in one day.
The job was priced out expecting major damage to be repaired. The damage was less. The price was adjusted. It was a fair price for the work involved. Professionally handled.

JMS roofing was excellent. They installed a new metal/asphalt shingle roof on our gambrel and also repaired any damage found. New drip edges and soffits were also installed. They arrived for the job as promised, did it quickly and cleaned everything up afterward. I can highly recommend them. The price was very competitive, and Jake and Brian worked with us as there were some changes prior to the final job being completed.

In November 2018 JMS Roofing replaced our factory building roof with a Genflex membrane roof. The roof has leaked since the beginning of the installation. They have repaired the area around the drains where the leaks were originating, but it continues to leak. The membrane is not smooth on the roof. I don't have confidence that it was properly installed. This is not the quality that I expected.

I used JMS to replace roofs on two private homes in Wolfeboro over the last two years. The team got to the jobs when promised, finished quickly and cleaned up everything. One roof was older and required some additional work when the old shingles were removed but even with that the job was completed within the scheduled time and the cost adjustment was determined quickly and completely reasonable. The roofs both look great, I would recommend Jake and his crew without reservation.

Used Jake Stanley and his crew for replacing our roof. Found them to be very professional in the course of doing their job. After they left the grounds looked like they were never here. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone looking for a great roof job. Also found his pricing to be very fair compared to other quotes we received. Bottom line he was on time and within our budget.
