Had them come out for some faucet work, and the guy was supposed to be back to do the work and never sbowed up or even called. Called the next day and was told he couldn't do it until next week now. Asked them to call and let me know when they would be out, and they never did. Called again to let them know I was going elsewhere, and the receptionist, Vicky, was incredibly unprofessional and rude over the phone. Yelling and arguing with a customer is never the way to make a sale.. Steer clear of this place.
