Critical: Responsiveness
We had a representative come out to quote a bit of work at our home. We were told we'd receive a quote in 10-14 days. A month later, we called to follow up and were told the rep would call us back. Our call was never returned. Two weeks later, we called to follow up, left a voicemail this time and our call was never returned.
