Me being fairly new to OKC I had made a few calls to Garage Door Companies to inquire about having my cables replaced being one was starting to fray. I spoke with two companies and waited a week with no one getting back to me. I called NW Garage door and spoke with owner Ken who was able to give price over phone and schedule a technician to replace my cables the same day. Owner Ken and his team did a fantastic job taking care of a client I sent to them for some custom replacement doors. Ken, Andrew and Greg saved the day twice in two weeks. I was checking on my dad's house on a late Thursday afternoon.The garage door fell off the track and wouldn't close! Even though it was after five the technician was out, had the door closed and secured in under an hour. The next week my personal garage door spring broke. Once again made it out and had the repairs done in no time! To top it off the price was so reasonable I was shocked! Thanks guys for all your hard work.

A sudden garage door problem late on a week day was no problem at all for this company. When I called, Andrew assured me that a technician would be there shorly. Sure enough, he was. The technician (Greg) arrived promptly and did a very efficient and professional job. He explained what he was doing and why he did it. This was a job very well done. Spoke with Andrew first who was very nice and had Carson come out that day to look at my opener and gave me an estimate. I appreciated their no pressure approach. Everyone was very professional and efficient every step of the way. Gave me multiple estimates on different options very quickly. Got my doors installed today and I love them! They look great! Now I need to update the rest of the garage to look as good as the doors. Highly recommend Northwest Garage Doors!!
