We bought a house which had already been remodeled by turning the attached garage into a huge bonus room. We needed a differently designed space rather than a huge bonus room so Ben was referred to us by our realtor and we were so happy with his ideas. He modified the plan based on our specific desires. He was careful with the budget and consulted with us communicating readily at each step along the way. He also made some repairs needed based on the inspection report. As the project ended, we made choices about finishing details and he was very helpful in managing our budget so we got everything

Custom Craft Home recently added a foundation and expanded the porch to my 1924 small bungalow home. Besides the house looking brand new, it feels better and safer because of the high-quality foundation laid. We had daily construction except for when concrete was curing. High quality, good communication, improvement ideas, and an excellent team! This is my second time working with Ben, I highly recommend Custom Craft Homes.

Ben has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We recently moved in to town, we knew we wanted something we could afford to renovate and while we were looking at homes Ben joined us and gave us ideas and advice free of charge. This was SO helpful! Once we found the perfect house, Ben did an amazing job with the initial round of renovations. He removed a wall (which entailed pouring a new footing because it was a load-bearing wall), refinishing wood floors, re-plastering walls and painting. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, fun to work with, and most important he charged us exactly what he proposed

Ben, posses that rare combination of academic training coupled with years of skilled carpentry expertise. His command of design concepts from the practical to the aesthetic is phenomenal.
Ben recently finished a beautiful post and beam timber structure for us and the project truly is a work of art.

Ben did a marvelous repair job for me on an aging home that had serious rotting problems. First of all he was able to identify ALL of the problem and then worked steadily till everything was completely fixed to my satisfaction. Plus he's a delightful person to work with. I have nothing but good to say. Highly recommended!

I got along with Ben right when I met him. He came out to our job site and explained everything he could help us with in a very polite, clear and professional manner. He was ALWAYS available whenever we had questions, even if I had already asked those questions! Ben is extremely knowledgeable in every department of the building process, from what materials should be used to what phase comes next to finishing touches. He was very helpful and continually let us know what we needed to start planning for next. I'm so happy to have gotten to work with him and plan to have him help us build our next
