They blocked a residential road I lived on without a permit. Pointed and told me to turnaround and get out of here when I was trying to get to my house 50 ft away. Then left a 3 mound in the road for the night. Incredibly rude and obnoxious workers. I guess their idea of a traffic maintenance plan is debris all over the road, and rude employees pointing a finger away and saying get out of here then turning their backs.

My condominium hired this company to trim the trees, however they left piles of branches in the parking lot for 3 days, and our parking situation is very tight with few open spaces. They used 8 front parking spaces instead of leaving the piles of branches in the grass or another part of the parking lot. Majorly inconvenient for the residents

We've been using Dean's at Waterford Golf Club for a few years. Some of the biggest jobs were after hurricane Irma. Dean's team was able to help us get the course back open and ready for play. He is very reliable and punctual and keeps you well informed throughout any process.
We use him annually for palm trimming both on the course and around the clubhouse. His guys are always very courteous and tidy. Palm trimming is pretty messy, but this crew is in and out, with no sign of debris when they're finished. I've had many positive comments about the crew. I'm always happy to give a recommendation

I gave a "2" instead of a "1" because initially Deans Tree Services was prompt in communication and arrived to begin work pretty much on time. However, almost four months have passed. The tree they planted died. At my own time and expense I procured a soil quality test to try to determine why the tree they planted died. They repeatedly say they will come finish the work, then give one excuse after another of why the work is not done -- on the few occasions they return email. They no longer respond to phone calls or text messages. In one week they know I will be seeking third-party remediation.

Dean’s offered a competitive price and removed the tree. However they expected to be paid before the job was done. They have not ground the stump and they left a mess of debris on my neighbors yard. It’s been a month and they still haven’t come back to finish the job that they agreed to in the contract. Pretty shady company.

Our Venice community used Dean's Tree Service not once but twice. In 2017 they removed 68 Live Oaks. They did such a great job we had them back in 2019 to remove an additional 81 Oaks during our Street Tree replacement project. They are a well trained team, there is no wasted motion, their process is to cut, chip, stump grind efficiently, and clean up completely and quickly. Their excellent work was completed so fast that it surprised many residents. They had the talent and the right price for us.

This is how Deans Tree Service takes care of business. After I complained on social media he contacted me and asked me not to slander his company and good name. I told him to do what he said he would do and fix it. I also told him to look up the definition of slander in the dictionary (if he knows what one is). Defined as making false statements, the only problem is it's all true and he knows this.
He then said he would take care of the damage as promised almost a year ago. Well this is what I get for taking the man for his word which is worthless, a real hack job by Dean himself I presume

Deans Tree Service have gone above and beyond what was expected! From a prompt, professional estimate, to being able to do the job in less than a week sold me. The work they did is excellent! Even took great care not to disturb a birds nest. Had about ten crew members on the job and every one of them were polite and friendly despite working in ridiculous heat. Dean checked in on the job throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We used Dean's Tree Service to remove a large tree in our backyard. They did a good job getting the tree down but damaged several fence panels. They still haven't gotten back to us regarding repairs. Also, the guy doing the stump grinding stopped because the mulch pile was too high to finish. We finally got the mulch cleared then, per his instructions, we called to arrange for the rest of the stump to be removed. After several calls and emails, no one has replied.

Let me say I did not use their service. I am describing what happened as I am coming home as a neighbor is using their services. To some, these may seem petty. Your either professional when you are working in a neighborhood or you are not and it reflects on the company. I am coming home and driving past the work site. One of the employees of Deans tree service is walking slowly in the center of the road with equipment lining the road. He finally turns around only to just stare at me and slowly get out of the way with out much effort. Next I am sitting down for dinner and then I hear a loud scraping
