Prompt scheduling by Payton and great service at a fair price. Service tech Kyle was knowledgeable and efficient, and very pleasant to have replace the springs on a heavy 15 year-old HEAVY door. Kyle wrapped up by testing and adjusting a couple of times to meet his high standard of quality. Kyle show me the result as an acceptance test - Nice!

Chris England came and installed my garage doors this morning and did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and proficient on the installation and removal process. I was not having garage door openers installed with my new doors and the sales consultant forgot to have the sliding lock kit for my doors, Chris contacted the consultant and was able to get the issue taken care of. I hate he has to come back out to install the sliding lock but I like the hard work that he does. Mind you it's New Years Eve and he is out working. Great job Chris! Thanks, Reginald Talley

We shopped around for a certain garage door and this company gave us a better price and a quicker turnaround timeframe, so we decided to go with them. We called to confirm our installation the day before and the rep to us that a panel was missing and it was going to be about another week before it comes in. We called again, and the rep told us that the company was not given them a date. I asked for a refund so we can go with a company that will call us with updates and better customer service. He told us that there was a NO REFUND policy. Here it is, 3 months later, no money, no garage door and

This company delivered exceptionally great service from booking a same day repair appointment to installation of the same. Prior to a technician arriving to do the work, the customer is sent a photo of this person along with information on the work history and a few personal notes. I appreciated this a great deal, knowing who to expect. Michael Solomon was our technician and he arrived as scheduled, was friendly, professional and completed the work efficiently. I give him and this company the highest possible rating!

Salesman can to do quote. Tech Josh came 1st time and did not have track. How do you come to install garage doors and do not have to track? I had my doors removed thinking the job was going to be completed. I had to install them back myself. Josh had major attitude and insulted me. Miguel showed up a few days later. Very courteous and professional. Not any fault of Miguel Two of the panel sections came damaged. Was told I would get a call back in reference to the panels replacement and two days later I still have not heard anything. I have used four seasons in the past and have had great success
