We knowledgeably guide our clients through each step, ensuring they feel confident in the decisions they make during the planning and construction process. We also understand that no two projects are identical.
We work with you to understand your objectives and develop plans and designs to accommodate your needs efficiently and economically. We utilize the design-build construction method of project delivery, which means all design and construction services are contracted through us. You will benefit from having a single point of responsibility and contact from the beginning of a project to its completion.
Pre-construction Services are used to successfully plan a project before the actual construction starts. Effective lines of communication are established between you and the design team. Our expert team determines the level of pre-construction services desired by you. Our involvement can be as simple as compiling a qualified subcontractor/supplier list or as involved as completely managing all aspects of pre-construction.
We offer two variations of the Construction Management delivery method: Construction Manager as Agent (CMa) and Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc). In the CMa method, the construction manager writes the trade agreements between the owner and the trade contractors, acting as a consultant or "agent" of the owner.
