First called them at 10:07 on a Friday night when the garage door literally fell off the track as the rollers exploded. 5 star reviews, Website says Emergency Services. This is the first garage repair I called. Answering service answered and stated they would let the tech know. Sat morning I called back 8:25 am. Left another message with their service. Saturday at 8:57 I called another garage door repair and they arrived on the property at 10:13, an hour and 16 minutes after the call. David's Garage Door finally called us back Monday at 10:48. David's Garage Door Service Chandler was great. Called at 4 PM for a garage door that was off its track and stuck open. The tech guy responded within 30 minutes and repaired it. After the repair, he adjusted the door and lubed all moving parts. Works great again and is much quieter. I would use them again!

This is the second time we have used this company, and our technician did an outstanding job replacing our springs and tuning up the garage door components. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand what my options were, without being pushy or trying to sell me things I didn't need. He made some recommendations for things to look out for and advised we would need to replace the rollers at some point, but that they were still working fine for right now. Last night our garage door spring broke, leaving our cars stuck inside.
My son and I could not lift the door manually and I was worried about getting to work the next morning.
What a hassle! I googled "emergency garage door service," and found David's garage door repair and service. I called, and the dispatcher send John. John came within an hour and arrived at 7:30 p.m. Thank God!
He had the needed springs and replaced the broken spring. Plus he gave the whole door a tune-up and lubricated all the parts.

I have called David's garage door service looking for maintenance services for our garage door.
We had John come out the same day. He educated us on what should we do to take care after our garage door and provided the service needed.
The price was entirely fair.
