Chad cleaned a 1300ft area for the company I work for and the next morning the owner asked that he come back and finish our entire building, 15 yr old very dirty carpet. We were planning to replace the carpet but Chad was able to make it look great. A week later and it still looks great. Unbelievable customer service.

Chad just finished doing a wonderful job on a carpet that was looking very tired. The customers feel they are able to get one more holiday season out of their carpet because of his skills with stains! He arrived when he was expected to. He charged what he estimated. He was able to get the job done quickly but thoroughly. They are so happy we referred him!

Great service! When yesterday our large dog had a giant accident on our carpet, Chad, the owner, came directly to our house after being on icy roads all day. They have been cleaning our carpets, rugs, and furniture for over 10 years, and always done an excellent job. Chad is friendly, and really nice.

Chad does awesome work and provides incredible customer service for a really great price. I have called him at the very last minute because of a pet that had an accident and he was at my house within hours the same day at no additional cost. I can’t say enough nice things about Chad and his business. Highly recommend.
