Ross graduated Oklahoma State University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Architecture. One year later in 1973, he graduated Southern Methodist University with a Master of Business Administration. He completed his internship with Craycroft-Lacey Partners in Dallas. In 1977, while working for Fusch-Womack Architects, he received his architectural and interior design license in the State of Texas.
In 1978, he partnered with Robbie Fusch, creating Fusch-Ikemire & Associates, where they specialized in exquisite, high-end, custom residences. In 1982, Ross formed his own company, Ikemire Architects LLC, and has since provided superior architectural services on a variety of project types, including multi-family, high-end residential, multi-story hospitality, mixed-use commercial buildings and senior living projects.

We are adding a room onto our house. A building contractor recommended Ikemire Architects because we wanted to be able to have better information on all elements other than my hand drawn plans. We also wanted a design to fix and minimize the cost of building by having resolved some issues like roof type and style and defining clearly the options we wanted most and eliminating those we wanted least or not at all.

They draw a beautiful house. More impressive to me is that they have tracked down floor plans for several of my real estate clients on houses built 20 years ago. Saving me and my clients thousands. Great Architecture firm in Dallas . I have used them for both multi family projects and residential . I made an appointment with Mr. Ikemire 2 weeks in advance. When I called to confirm the date and time, (4 days prior) Mr. Ikemire not only confused my contact number with someone else but he also did not have my correct last name. He said he'd tried calling me to tell me he had another real estate deal he needed to attend the exact same day as our appointment. Well he couldn't reach me because he had the wrong number and when I asked him for the number he had, it was not even close... not even the same area code. He told me my options were to reschedule for the very next day or 1 week out. I explained
