I called at the end of October to have my boiler cleaned. I was told that i would be put on the schedule. I called several times over the next 3 weeks to get an update. Every time I was told that I was on the schedule but they could not give me an exact date. I finally sent a email on November 18th 2018. I was told they are busy but I was still on the schedule. They still could not give me a date. They said they would contact me as soon as they could get to me taken care of. Its now January 6 2019.Over 2 1/2 have past and I guess I'm still "on the schedule" Poor customer service and very very very
