If we could give this plumber more stars we would. We are moving and were told by the home inspector that he could smell a gas leak and that we should contact a plumber. We called Vance. He gave us a price quote right on the spot and explained everything thoroughly. Plus his prices were reasonable. So we agreed. And the job was done, just like that. Also as a bonus offer he gave my wife a hands on lesson on how to detect a gas leak. Good to know. He knows his work, has been doing his trade for a long time, and loves his job. He even stayed for a short chat, all while dealing with our crazy dog

Needed a kitchen faucet faucet upgrade.
He can't give an exact time time, but still came within the 2 hour time frame he said he would.
Gave quote, it was a little pricey at $175 but we went ahead with the job.
The faucet we purchased turned out to be defective so he removed it and installed a temporary one he had. He said to call him when we get the another one. After 2 days we got a new one, called him, he came back, installed it and did not charge us.

Needed a repair done for my water line at my rental house. Vance came out and quoted a price in which I agreed, I was told it would be started that Friday and finished on Monday. Two weeks later I phoned Vance to see it was completed and nothing! He attempted to blame others for the job not being completely. Needless to say I was left in the dark about everything. Not happy with his lack of communication.

He is a superior plumber. We only use him for all our water, sewer and gas needs. He's not the cheapest but what you do get is a job well done the first time. Vance doesn't hymn haw around. He gets the job done. He may not be able to get to you right away but he won't leave you in a fix. Really easy to work with

All it took was one call and Vance was there! As a property manager I depend on professional and reliable service from our vendors. Vance went above and beyond that. My property manager Called this company to come out to check out a leak in the bathroom. Later on i found out that He charges $200 to change a faucet!!!! I was told it was something VERY SERIOUS & On top of that the Invoice he "accidentally " added $100 on it and you have to complain to get it remove " oh it's a MISTAKE" please take caution before using this company
