I scheduled a cleaning service of my studio apartment before moving out. Eni was very responsive and answered my questions very quickly. The cleaner, Mari, arrived quite on time and did a thorough cleaning very efficiently. She even cleaned the blinds and window frames which I forgot to mention. The apartment has been revitalized and looked like the new one when I moved in 10 months ago. I am really impressed by their professionalism. Would like to highly recommend.

Eni & her team did a fantastic job cleaning our two bedroom / two bathroom apartment. She was very timely in answering our initial request. She was right on time for our scheduled cleaning (at 8 am!!! God bless her). We were impressed with how quick and efficient her and her team cleaned our home. We have a dog and know that all that hair is not easy to clean up! They were true professionals in providing their service and we will likely be using them again

Eni performed bi-weekly cleanings for us over the last six months. The cleanings were fine and we were happy in the beginning but service became progressively unreliable. Cleaners started showing up considerably later than agreed and were a no-show the last time, with no communication whatsoever. Texts to Eni went unanswered most times. It seems like they have become a victim of their own success and we would not recommend hiring them anymore.

They didn't show up to work that day. The first cleaning was excellent, but the second service was a huge waste of time and money. They gave excuses of car trouble etc. for the overpriced and poor job. My floors are still dirty even after this "deep cleaning". Be prepared for the unexpected as they don't communicate well or even speak your language, but will still charge you full price for doing half the job. Save yourself the time and money by reading the other 1 star reviews and heed the warnings.

Unfortunately I have to give Eni a one star review. Admittedly, her team cleaned my condo in Somerville for 2 years well and without incident. However, recently, as I was just 3 days prior to closing on selling the place, I had her come over to do one last final sweep... which turned out to be a horrible mistake and total disaster. First, her team clogged my toilet. They didn't notice it overflowing for at least 15 minutes, which caused serious flooding and damage to the unit below. Eni's crew is fantastic... They not only deep clean our home, they have such special little touches that make us feel like we're in a hotel after... Blankets draped perfectly over the chair, pillows styled, folded toilet paper, etc. We so appreciate their effort and also like the ability to set up cleaning via text.

And
2. Address,
I.e my other half and I live in Central Sq.
Eni described for 5-10 minutes in detail where and how they perform cleaning and provided the time her team would stop by. We agreed on time, scope-of-work, and total cost (cash or check).
3. On 12-26-18, same day, you her team shows up, on time, and yes they understood English, and scope of work Eni and I discussed.

The two stars are for an adequate job done cleaning. Really, nothing to complain about here. I wouldn't call it thorough, or top notch, but, you know, it's exactly what's advertised on the tin.
Communicating about when, where, how, and what to clean was really difficult. We were setting up appointments via yelps message system, but whoever I was messaging never took the time to read my messages.
