Services
Master Key Systems - I can cut your keys so each key will open different locks, yet one key will be setup to open all of the locks. This allows for selective entry to doors, for certain users. Grade 1 and 2 Door Lockset and Trim - Certain security features and durability will determine the grade as issed by ANSI.
Cut new keys & duplicate existing keys - I guarantee all of the keys I cut, are cut accurately. I can make as many keys as you need. Re-key Existing Locksets & Deadbolts - If you are wanting to change the locks in your home, you may not have to replace all the hardware associated with them. I can open up your existing lock and change the pins out to match a new key.

So I called Britta at Pix Locks for a deadbolt issue. She came out in a couple of days, scheduling issues. She was there maybe 10 minutes, fixed the lock, charged a $50 service call and then an addition $15.00 for that 10 minutes. I think the additional $15 was excessive. What am I paying $50 for. Beware! I made a point of telling her I had used her before and I guess that doesn't carry any weight. I definitely won't refer her to anyone I know. Bad customer service!

Britta was awesome. Found her via a neighborhood Facebook group, and reached out about installing a new smart deadbolt I had purchased. She was great about making sure the new deadbolt had the right cylinder for re-keying (it didn't, so I was able to order the right part) and then came to rekey/install it very quickly after I had everything she needed.
She was friendly, safe, and efficient. The cost was very reasonable. We'll absolutely call her again when we need a locksmith!

I had my locks replaced by Pix Locks on June 1, 2018. On July 14, 2020, the front door lock is jammed and no key will go into the lock. I contacted Pix Locks who originally did the work. The woman was not friendly, Britta. She wasn't particularly friendly two years ago either. She said she wanted to work through the problem with me, but to be honest, I didn't really feel a helpful vibe coming off of her. She indicated that I was blaming her for the problem and I simply said that I wanted to understand if the company stood by it's work. She informed me that no locksmith will guarantee their work

Britta of Pix Locks was highly recommended to me. After she rekeyed all the locks in my home, I understood why ! Britta rekeyed 13 locks in a very timely fashion. Best of all she keyed all the locksets to one key. She also gave me excellent advice about my locks and why I didn't need to buy new ones. Her pricing is very reasonable, she's professional and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely contact her again when the need arises.
