Pro's on call via Garage door repair or in my case replacement. I had the old OEM builder cheapy garage door opener in my new house and it was loud and you had to mash the garage door opener button.
I ordered the same type has I had in my last house, the newer version of course and I called Pro's on call to come out and swap out the opener.
Jonathan came out and inspected my system and went to work on my opener and he also told me installing the new metal rollers would also help my system, so I had those installed.
He showed me what he did and how quiet and smooth the new opener was

Fantastic service! My knuckle-headed teen son locked his only pair of car keys in his car and needed to head out for a date of all things that afternoon. A quick call to Pros On Call was replied to ASAP and Josh was at our doorstop within an hour. Josh got my son's car unlocked in 5 minutes and also made an extra copy of my son's keys right there we could stash inside the house so he's never lock himself out again. Highly recommend!!

Our HOA had a gate issue that secured our community pool. We needed to get if fixed ASAP. Our property manager got in touch with Pros and scheduled a service call for 8/4/21.
The person who came out was a very nice professional named Chris. He arrived on time and assessed our situation and came up with a fix that we were both happy with. The gates works as it is supposed to now and I think Chris went over and above my personal expectations. He added some silicone around in spots that really needed it.
I highly recommend this company to others in need of a good locksmith.

Zach was amazing with his service and professionalism! He arrived on time for our appointment. He Replace all my locks in my house and even though we encountered a few issues with a couple of my locks, he was very analytical And solved all the problems. He is efficient, affordable, patient, and most of all skillful at Changing locks and rekeying. He is an expert locksmith, And I would recommend him over and over to anyone. Stay clear of these guys!! They came to my house for a broken garage door spring. I was quoted almost $500 for two springs plus labor. The tech didn't even tell me he wasn't from Cedar Park Garage Doors, who I thought the appointment was with. Totally took advantage of the fact that I was stuck in my own house and drove the prices up. $150 in labor for something that took 25 minutes! Come on now. Thanks for putting a special needs mom in a tough spot- get the car out vs paying for special needs child's therapy/medication. Hopefully, this helps someone else who's garage spring

Hamza came by to unlock my home door this evening. He did nothing more than fiddle around with a few tools as I had done before he arrived. He ended up scratching my door handle in a few places and ultimately wasn't able to unlock the door.
His last resort was to drill a hole through the lock. I am NOT willing to pay $95 to have someone drill a hole through my door which I could easily do myself. That's not considering that I'd need to repurchase the handle which was not cheap.
I told him I would pay the service charge ($20) but not the total unlock fee if he couldn't complete

I am totally disgusted with this company...Our garage door was broke, so we called Garage Door Repair in Georgetown...Apparently, when they are booked, they call out another company, in this case, Pros On Call...Georgetown Garage Repair quoted my wife a $15 trip charge, we live 5 minutes from them, but when Pros On Call came out, they had a $129.00 maintenance charge...exactly what the technician said, was "for up to one hour of service"....OK, let's service it, I said...Then, he found a part to replace...Another $100.00....We Checked the actual cost of the part, it was a $10.00

This company uses unfair business tactics. DO NOT hire them unless you want to pay more than quoted!!!! I live in Round Rock Texas and I locked my keys inside my car. I live in an apartment complex and drive a 2013 Buick. I called this company to have them unlock my car. I was asked my address, my contact number, my location and the make and model of my vehicle. I answered every question precisely. I asked how long it would take and the price. I was told 25 minutes, $15 for the technician to come out and $45 for the lockout. Alex our locksmith was very polite and got the job done. It was just the handle lock and it took maybe 2 minutes. When I called, it was so loud in the background that the woman could barely hear me and asked me the same question several times. Also, when she gave the quote she said 29 for them to drive out and starting at $40 for the lock but it goes up depending on difficulty. A two minute unlocking cost $91. I told Alex I felt that was unfair and he lowered it to $71. Very unhappy with the gouge once the job was done although I don't know if he decides that or if it's the company. Won
