I was going to use another company but they kept changing how much they were going to charge. I notice they were mowing across the street so asked him to take a look. He gave me a price the next day the other company change price again so called him up they were there the next day and got me mowed!

On June 10th Fernando came back with a quote of $65. To mow my corner lot every 2 weeks. I recorded the phone call and have many texts. On the phone he knew the grass was very long as he saw it in person. I told him I needed it done before the weekend so that the town would not over-charge for the mowing. He said I will do the job Thurs or Friday. Friday came and he than said it would be $500. Not $65. I told him we agreed to $65. On the phone he than said you would do it for the $65. Then on the text he said it would be $200. I said we agreed to $65. I told him not to

Fernando is very prompt, responsive and easy to reach. He just did a large yard job for us--trimming plants back from patio and walkways, putting in mulch (looks really good), and trimming back trees from the house.

BEWARE! LIAR! No honor. Will not keep his word. Only unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in his business in several different states. All other companies in this area totally professional and kept their word. He probably paid family members and friends to lie on their reviews. A man that has no honor and won’t keep his word is not a man.

Fernando does the absolute BEST job. I have used several other services in Waco and no one compares to Fernando. Incredibly professional, reasonable prices and does it all in a timely manner. My house looks like completely new house ever since Fernando took over our lawn care services!

Fernando is an amazing young man! He is honest and respectful! His customer service is outstanding and will keep in contact with you when other companies don't even bother to call you back.
His price is amazingling reasonable for all the does. Mow, weed eat, edging and blows everything off for his regular price/service. LOVE IT!

After being ignored by several other companies, I found Fernando's. He came out and did a free estimate the same week I called, and then immediately provided great service for an affordable rate. He comes every two weeks now, and my lawn has never looked better. I can't recommend him enough.
