Went in to see why my key fobs weren't working. They said the key fobs were putting out a signal and may need re-programmed. They hooked up their machine to re-program the fobs. They spent less than 5 minutes trying to fix it and said it wouldn't work. Charged me $25 for not fixing the problem. When I asked why they said "well we hooked up our machine" Toyota dealer said the keys' signal are bad and not putting out a working signal and reprogramming them isn't the issue. Toyota charged me $0. I have used Access Key before for other things but will look elsewhere from

Today my 2 year old locked my wife out of the house while I was away. My sister called Access Key for service and because there was a toddler locked in the house we told them we needed them soon, to which they replied, 15-20 minutes. After 35 minutes they arrived. 15 minutes the tech/locksmith worked to open the front door(all recorded on our ring door bell) he then asked my wife

The owner of this company (Sam) is an EXTREMELY rude individual!! I had a key made for my car that after an hour caused my car to no longer start. I had to have my car towed to a local dealership who eventually told me that the key that was made caused an error in my ECM. Because of this my car no longer started and I had to have my cars computer reprogrammed and had to have a new key made by the dealership. I paid $250.00 dollars for a key that ended up causing more problems and which eventually cost me an additional $250.00 to fix. I called Sam to explain the situation and he immediately

Don't use this company, they're crooks. First all had a key made with this company for a 2012 Honda Civic and almost 1 month later it stopped working. I called and spoke to the owner and tell him it might be a bad key since the car didn't start. He sends his tech to me to try to take care of the issue. I was told that the key might have been damaged or dropped in water, but the key had no sign on damage. The tech then makes another key and programs it and it works perfect. I was told by Sam there was a $85.00 charge but I told him it was a faulty key and he told me I was wrong. A

I called Access after a bad experience withExpress Local Service. I explained my experience and asked them if they would be able to key and program a transponder key for my vehicle since I lost the master key. The gentlemen on the phone explained they could and described the process to me. I had them come out the next day. Although there was a disconnect with the appointment time which result in the technician being 1-1.5 hours late, he was very polite, professional and apologetic. We are all human; it would be incredibly unfair to trash them over something like this.

I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk of my car while putting my bags in my car. I've always had spare keys but not this time. I grabbed the yellow pages that I never use and found this place. Talk about good advertising. Whole page advertising , 24 hour service and with a picture of a women locked out her car plus a BBB association label.
I called and they had a mobile service on my side of town that was doing another job. The guy over the phone was nice and said it would be 30 minutes till he got to me. The fee was $45.00 cash or $49.95 credit. The guy arrived exactly in 30 minutes

Had an issue where my key wouldn't turn in the ignition. So my car was stuck in the grocery store parking lot. Called the dealer who wanted me to have it towed to them, wait a few days for the parts to come in, and cough up $400-600 depending on what the exact problem was. Called Access and they knew what was I talking about right away. Made an appointment to meet to meet someone at my car, Jesse was not only early, but fixed it super fast and was able to repair my current parts, rather than having to buy new ones.
