I got an estimate that included chalking, removing peeling paint, and painting the house. Well they painted most of the house. They didn't paint the back side of the pillars on the front porch. But what bothered me the most was that they did not remove all the peeling paint, or chalk all the areas that needed to be chalked. When I sent pictures of the areas that had problems, Cal, the owner, just ignored my text!!! They also painted a couple of areas that had rotted wood. He told me that he told me I needed a carpenter to take care of the wood that was rotted. That isn't the case, because I would
