Sean and his team at Air & Aero has helped my husband and I with fixing our AC unit at our older home a few years ago. We decided to call him recently to help with the AC maintenance on our new home and it was a great experience. We had our a/c unit replaced this past month by Air & Aero. From start to finish, quote to install, the service was smooth and impeccable. Pricing was competitive as well. Sean and his team are courteous and diligent. The install was clean and well done. The city inspector that came afterward to check off on the work for the permit required asked me who did the work because in 30 plus years in the business, it was one of the best he’d seen! When I asked Sean about a quote for replacing both interior and outdoor unit (per the recommendation from a owner of a different company), instead of going along with it, he mentioned it might not be necessary to replace it. By looking at the picture that I sent him, he offered to replace the heating kit, quoted me way less than my original quote for replacement(couple hundreds vs over one grant), and checked availability of that part right away (vs the owner of the other company that said it might take months to get that part without checking).

Air & Aero was one of four estimates that we sought our for an estimate. They were not the cheapest, but they came to do the estimate on time and they were thorough (including looking at our ductwork). They had a quality system with upgrades for a great price. We got the Trane! We upgraded our ac system and heat pump and could not be more satisfied. The unit has been in for 2 months now. Our first post-installation electric bill was $100 less than the previous months. (August vs September bills) The system is working perfectly and our air is cleaner. This company was on time, had great communication

And their prices are probably not the cheapest in town, but definitely are not the most expensive. The quality of service and support before, during and after the sale cannot be beat.
