Monte joined the Ackerman team in 2018 as the General Manager, he has been in the HVAC industry for over 40 years. He and his wife Debbie have been living in Uniontown for the last 13 years so he is familiar with the Palouse area. He is the proud grandpa of 8 grandkids. In his off time he enjoys riding his dirt bike and spending time with family.

Jessica joined the Ackerman Heating and Air team in March of 2016 although she is new to the business she was born and raised right here in Whitman County and grew up on a cattle ranch.
Now residing in Garfield with her husband and two boys. She enjoys riding horses, working with draft horses, as well as camping and ATV rides with her family. She loves this area because of the community that everybody knows everybody. Joining the team in April of 2009. Jessica is originally from Waitsburg, WA.

I shopped around a bit for the replacement of our furnace and hot water heater. Ackerman was very fast to respond to my request for bid and were more reasonably priced than other local HVAC companies. The install crew Kyle, Augie and Ely arrived on time and did a great job removing the old equipment and installing the new furnace and hot water heater even though access was challenging. Kyle took the time to show me how the equipment works.

Kyle and Augie showed up on time. These two worked very hard on a very old heating system. They came up with a great plan to clean the delivery ducts and cold air returns. They got the ducts clean and all the grates were spotless. They were professional and took care not to damage any of the very old grates and furniture in the house. Great job Kyle and Augie!!!

Kyle and Ely were fantastic. They had to work in a very hot and cramped area to get our AC hooked up and had to also deal with a leak. They were patient and professional and kept us informed throughout the process. They did a fantastic job and we won't hesitate to contact Ackerman again for our next service on our AC.

Rob and Casey were absolutely PHENOMENAL. I had Dustin come out and give me an estimate on adding AC and two new heat runs in our basement - just one month later Ackerman sent out Rob and Casey who were AMAZING: fun, personable, efficient, light-hearted, professional, literally the best. Will absolutely give them my business time and time again. Very satisfied: 10/10 would recommend from start to finish.
