Three Chips Construction and Landscaping has been in business for over 25 years bringing customers the greatest service possible. Started by three brothers. All "chips off the old block". That's how Three Chips got its name. Three Chips began almost 30 years ago by Frank Krowl specializing in trimming, planting, removing and relocating trees.
It is now fully owned and operated by his son Daniel Krowl, whose passion for building and construction has expanded the scope of excellent services offered to the Deming community. Daniel understands the importance of good work. Three Chips is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, and the Home Builders Association of Deming and Las Cruces.
Three Chips consists of three companies: Three Chips Construction; Three Chips Tree and Lawn Service; and Three Chips Clean Air (air duct and chimney cleaning). Three Chips operates under a GB-98 contractor's license, and is a fully certified, insured and bonded corporation. These are important factors to consider when deciding to hire a contractor.

Update: 6.20.21 Regarding a demolition project.
Three Chips is a very professional organization. In my case the photos speak for themselves.
I was purchasing a fixer upper and suddenly the bank says a room needs to be demolished in order for the sale to conclude. I call Three Chips in a rush. Danny (the owner) jumps to action and rips down the structure in 3 days! And he saved anything we could sell or salvage. And he was reasonable! And they cleaned everything up, no trace of the previous situation at all!

Cleaned the first 10' of the 10 vents. Did not clean the roof mounted HVACs at all. They didn't even go on the roof to clean the intake nor the outflow. Spent three hours cleaning. Definitely not enough time to service more than 150' of duct work and two HVACs. They even put the filters backwards in one of the intakes. After two days the house was just as dusty as before the ducts were allegedly clean. Cleaning equipment looked home made.

Three Chips Construction is a great Company. Almost anything you need done they can take care of the job. They show up on time. Prices are very reasonable, they will definitely work with you, to get the job done how you want it. They do work for me on a monthly basis, and I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Daniel Krowl has always done an outstanding job on my commercial property. I would really be in trouble as an out of towner if I didn’t have 3 Chips working for me. Three Chips was on time very professional and had some of the best employees I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Danny the owner put us at ease from the very start as we had just been through a house fire and our world was turned upside down. Three Chips came in and took charge of everything from the hardwood floors too the roof. The work was of the highest quality as was the materials used in repairing our home. The stars say it all. Three Chips first job for us was an insurance claim. Because of the excellent job they did we subsequently had them do a remodel on 2 of our bathrooms. They are expensive compared to local handymen, but you do get what you pay for and we got exactly what we wanted. A job well done !!

We've had Three Chips do a few different jobs for us now, and still have a couple more ahead of us--we couldn't be happier! Daniel is personable and shows a level or professionalism that I feel is difficult to find sometimes. He and his crew are always fast and thorough, detail-oriented, and go above and beyond.
