Tyler me he could get the job done before a certain date. He pushed back time and time again on coming out. Waited until the last day I had available, then didn't confirm anything until cancelling late in the evening. He only responded after multiple attempts to contact because I told him I would leave a bad review. Immediately called, screamed at me, cursed at me, then hung up. Apparently one of his guys got hurt and went to the hospital.

Called Affordable for a large branch that had fallen onto the service drop leading to our house. IPL (now AES) were useless as usual. Tyler and his crew had the branch off the line in only a few hours after K called. I hired them to take out the rest of the huge elm which they did the next day. Left the job site clean. Were professional and responsive and extremely reasonably priced. Definitely would use again.

Tyler and his crew at Affordable Tree were professional, courteous, and efficient. We had a 50-60’ silver maple that we were having removed and in roughly 3.5 hours they carefully dismantled the tree piece by piece and had the stump ground down to the point you wouldn’t have known there was even a tree there other than some wood shavings and twigs. I highly recommend Tyler for your tree removal and stump removal projects and I think you will also go away feeling like they did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

Tyler, the owner of 317 Trees is a total scammer. Do not trust him. I used his company and had nothing but problems. He steals money and does not honor his promises. Do not hire this business!! As a small business owner myself, this is particularly sad that there are likely many more customers that he has scammed and owes money or services to. Do not hire 317 trees!

317 Trees was by far the most reasonably priced estimate we received when looking to have a tree removed, the stump removed, and trimming of another tree. Tyler provided great customer service and accurately described the scope of work being done. We ended up having our neighbor use them as well and they thought the same of the service. The quality of work performed for the money is top notch. I highly recommend this company.

Wow! I have had a lot of trees removed in my 82 years! These guys get it done and rather quickly. Their equipment is head spinning and jaw dropping. The crew members are well trained. Well spoken and polite. They communicate with headsets installed on their helmets, safety is clearly evident using this tree service. The owners crane operation skill is incredibly impressive. He was setting the trees directly into the chippers and trucks virtually nothing touched the ground ever! They where not the cheapest, and I asked about that; as I got several bids. He said “sir” we are never the cheapest

Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional. After speaking him we where willing to wait the approximate 6 weeks he advised it would take to fit us in his schedule. (mostly due to weather and equipment repairs) Well worth the wait. His pricing was not the cheapest but also far from the most expensive prices we got. His equipment was stunning to say the least I have never seen a tree removed with a crane before and my wife and I sat and watched the entire process. Tyler managed to come out the same day we called with an urgent request. He was professional, friendly and efficient. Cost was extremely reasonable and was far less than what we've paid our existing tree company for a similar service. A large limb fell on my roof during a bad storm. I needed the limb taken down and the whole tree removed. I requested an estimate at 9:30 on a Friday night, 317 Trees came out to provide an estimate on Saturday morning, and the work was completed Sunday afternoon. The total cost was extremely competitive with the other tree removal companies I contacted--however, none of the other guys were able to come out for another 3+ days to complete the work.

My neighbor hired Tyler to remove dead ash trees on his property and I oversaw the project. Approximately 10 dead ash trees were removed on May 2, 2017. At the end of the project, one dead ash tree was not cut down. Tyler said he would come back and cut it down, but never did. Tyler also said he would come back fill the ruts in the soil made from his equipment during removal. He said he would bring in top soil, grade, and seed. He never did.
