We had this company out to give us a quote to have the springs replaced on our garage door. They looked at it and then told us we would also need some other things replaced (brand new opener installed only 2 months ago, btw) and that it would be $1200. We had other companies come out and quote us $300! Ridiculous! Beware of this company price gouging and be sure to get other quotes!

I took off work early to meet them hours 3:30-6:00. No show, no call. I called them after 6:00 and they said they were still coming and told me they would have the installer call me. No call, I called them back 11/2 hours later for then they told me he can't make it till Sunday. I waited half a day and no more. I'll never call them again. Not professional!!!!

Early one morning I realized my garage door wasn’t working. The spring had snapped. I called Starlite and they sent a technician within an hour and a half. Royston was very professional. His explanation of the repairs was thorough and accurate. He had the garage door working in less than half an hour. Great service. Thank you!

My husband and I tried putting up the garage door ourselves. Took all day, and ended up not working and we couldn't figure out why. I called Starlite on a Saturday at 5pm and they were about to get someone out the next morning! I was shocked. Nick was our technician and he was very kind and did a wonderful job so quickly! Justin was my tech he was great very reasonable. My only issue was I set my appointment for Tuesday
08/13/2019from 10am-1pm at 1:30 I called the company and was told they would call me back with an update on the ETA. I called the company again @ 3pm, because the company never called me back to update me on the ETA. Justin finally arrived after I rescheduled the appointment because I need to leave. Justin dropped the material off and then left after I told him I already rescheduled. The following day I received prompt service from Justin and the company. I will definitely use these guys again I

Called to come out and replace a torsion spring that had snapped. Technician came out in a timely manner and replaced the spring, but then said I needed new panels for the door to function. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday 8/24 between 3-6, but no one showed.
Called Starlite and they claimed the technician scheduled for the job got fired and I was never notified. Claimed they would call me Sunday 8/25 to reschedule, but never received a call. Had to call them myself and found out they were not open until Monday to even reschedule.
