Paul was refereed to me by a friend. He did a stucco job and drywall from a leak. He showed up on time for the estimate and the work. He has also been very helpful getting me the documentation I need for my insurance company. Thanks Paul.

I spoke with Paul Locatelli about getting a quote for a carport to garage conversion at my house in Hollywood. We made an appointment to meet at my house 1 week later for measurements and to get a quote. I even spoke to his secretary Jackie the morning he was to arrive and verified he was coming. We set the appointment for 2pm. At 1215pm, less than 2 hours before Paul was to arrive, his secretary calls and says "Sorry, but I spoke to Paul and he says this job is too small for him to do, he's got a bigger job he's going to do instead."

Absolutely the best contractors you could ever hope to find. Honest to a fault, punctual, and competitively priced. We got a 'turn-key' project done in Deerfield Beach, and we're Canadian residents. Left the project completely in their hands, and the results exceeded all expectations. I can't recommend Locatelli & Associates highly enough...

This fellow showed up at my home to estimate a repair in the $4k to $6k range. I know the estimated cost, as others followed through with a quote. However, Locatelli could never produce a quote. After two weeks of back-and-forth communication seeking his emailed quote, he finally responded with:
"I just checked with my secretary and she said she emailed u regarding our inability to do ur work due to its size,"
So, if you have time to waste and a big job, this is the company to go with...
