Construction Start Spring 2017 Siegel Construction was involved from inception until completion of the project. Architectural and design services included code compliance, ADA compliance, interior design. Construction services included cost planning and budget control; schedule control, safety. Siegel Construction was part of establishing a new pediatric practice in Frankfort.
Though our team possesses a wide variety of solutions to every project we are faced with, we base our success on our ability to integrate our ideas to produce the most efficient, result driven solutions. If you want to be lied to, delayed (double the time that was in the contract), and dealing with people that are confused, making mistakes, and not keeping up with moving your project along-Seigel Construction is the way to go! I worked with Seigel Construction for a build out-what was proposed to take 12-14 weeks, took 28 weeks! That is 6-7 months of not using the space, and in dentistry, that is a HUGE deal-loss of revenue, scheduling a rescheduling patients, having your workspace be "under construction." Along the way, of this extermely delayed project, I had subcontractors that had no idea what

We hired Siegel for the build out of our optometry office and optical. The space is roughly 1900 square feet, and started as a vanilla box. We did not have Siegel design the space, as we hired an architect to do that separately. Upon meeting Max and Tiger (no longer with Siegel), we were impressed with their professionalism, and attention to detail. We reviewed their initial bid, and everything was itemized to the dollar, which helped make everything very transparent. Siegel Construction recently completed a build out on our pediatric and orthodontic dental practice. We couldn't be happier with the results. They worked extremely fast and efficient. If I ever had any questions or concerns they immediately responded and took care of it. Whenever you are building a new practice there is stress, but working closely with Max, Ayrat, and Viktoria they took a lot of that away. The entire team was amazing and a pleasure to work with. I had Siegel construction build out my new office space a little over a year ago. When we started, Tiger offered me the moon and the stars, and although his bid was more expensive than others, his professionalism and reviews from others elicited my trust. But mid construction, their management changed, I was assigned another lead contractor who was more careless, less professional, and had more "no" 's than "yes" 's like the rest of the team. Every construction project is challenging and selecting right construction company was definitely one of the most important decisions we had to make. Artful Smiles Dental Studio had to be built from scratch on the first floor of the high rise building in Evanston following very strict rules and policies outlined by the landlord.
